Tickets were easy to purchase on Klook app and recognised at site. Kids and adults both enjoyed, weather was good.

The room is large and comfortable for two people. The pool water temperature is great for swimming laps without getting too cold, and the spa's water is nice and hot, making it very relaxing.

This is my third time staying here. I love the big bathtub; it's so relaxing to soak in the tub in the room. It's great for kids with the swimming pool and the hot spring public bath. The hot springs are just too hot to enjoy in the summer, haha! The pool is definitely more refreshing.

Based on what others said, I thought buying tickets locally would be cheaper, but it wasn't. I immediately searched for tickets here, bought them right away, and was able to use them in two or three minutes 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. It's really great. Klook is definitely the best choice for travel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Super convenient! No need to queue or pick up tickets. Just scan the barcode for direct entry. Plus, it seems a bit cheaper than buying tickets on-site!
