Everything was excellent, from the hotel pickup to arriving at all the tour stops. Our guide, Rana, was very attentive. 10/10.

A very fun tour! The tour guide,Hamza,was very helpful and patient with our needs - especially with a baby. I also felt that the comments before we arrived to the place was very helpful as we got to know more about the place. I felt very happy and i was not rushed at all. Would recommend this tour to everyone!

Our tour guide, Andrew Shen Langlang, was very lively and enthusiastic, interacting with the group members throughout the trip. We were on a one-day tour departing on June 18th. Although it rained early in the morning, the rain stopped by the time we reached our first stop, Mount Fuji's 5th Station. Later, at Oshino Hakkai, we not only saw crystal-clear ponds but also the magnificent Mount Fuji. We were truly lucky to witness its beauty. Finally, after shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets, our rich and smooth day trip concluded.

Andrew is so organized and kind. The tour felt short, caused we enjoyed it so much. but the itinerary is 100% satisfying. I travelled with my 6 yo, who gets tired easily, this itinerary is really best for us. thank you so much!

We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

We had àn enjoyable day trip to Mount Fuji. Even though, the day was slighy raining, we managed ro cover most of the places. Our driver, Jani was very pleasant and he bought us around to the attractions and help to take our family pictures. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Amazing Day trip if you want to have a quick taste of Mt.Fuji area! We were lucky enough to actually see Mt.Fuji appearing through the clouds for more than an hour! Our guide Yui and our driver mr Hori made the experience special and memorable!
