The location is above the outlet mall, which is very convenient after shopping. If you're near the hotel, remember to use parking (off-site) P4. The hotel's hot springs, outdoor bath, and panoramic views of Mount Fuji are best enjoyed in the morning. The breakfast is a buffet, and the taste is similar to Hong Kong cuisine. The dinner buffet is about 250 Hong Kong dollars per person, which is a reasonable price, and the taste is about 70% satisfactory. For the room, I booked one with a full Mount Fuji view this time. The scenery is first-class, but the room is a bit small. The hotel has a common room with laundry facilities, a microwave, and other amenities. The staff service is average, so please don't have high expectations. The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot. Remember to get a free parking pass at the front desk. After checking out, guests can park until 2:00 PM, so you can continue shopping after checking out.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm very pleased and satisfied. The hot springs are comfortable, not crowded, and all the amenities make you feel right at home. This time, it was just a stopover, not for visiting the outlet, but because I love this hotel so much; it offers incredible value. If you're driving, you can head out to the 24-hour AEON at night.

The hotel is new and smart, with check-in, room access, and check-out all done via QR code. We stayed on the second floor, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji, but the room had a balcony where we could sit, enjoy the view, and drink coffee. The stay was 100% comfortable; it's a very modern hotel. The lobby on the first floor also has an outdoor space and a parking lot, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed in the Japanese-style room again. The room is very large, which is perfect for organizing after shopping at Gotemba. You can still see Mount Fuji from the room. The bath isn't very big, but you can still see Mount Fuji from it. Breakfast is a Western-style meal, and the view of Mount Fuji from the window is really great. The room rate is also reasonable. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

When planning our trip to Tokyo with the kids, I was very careful in choosing a tour. My choice turned out to be absolutely excellent. Meeting our guide, Kanazawa Seiga, was also incredibly fortunate. Our meeting point was Tokyo Station at 8 AM, and since our accommodation was in the Ariake area, I was worried about being late even though we woke up early to prepare and took the bus. However, I was so grateful that the guide kept in touch via KakaoTalk, providing updates, and even came to pick us up from the bus stop to the meeting point. Thankfully, we made it onto the bus right at 8 AM. During the journey, the guide smiled brightly and shared many interesting stories. I thought our second child wasn't paying attention, but it turned out they listened to everything the guide said and even recounted it to me, which made me proud. I thought we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji, but it was incredibly clear and visible, making this a truly satisfying tour. The guide also took many enthusiastic photos and provided excellent information, which was wonderful. I will definitely book this tour again next time! Thanks to you, it was a very happy tour.

We were a bit confused because the guide couldn't speak English well, but she put in the effort to translate using Google Translate, and we really appreciated it. We were very unlucky as it rained heavily yesterday with a typhoon, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. But overall, we were very satisfied with the places we visited, especially the Mount Fuji 5th Station where it was so cold, and the best part was shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. Hope to visit again next time when we can finally see Mount Fuji!

We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!
