Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

When planning our trip to Tokyo with the kids, I was very careful in choosing a tour. My choice turned out to be absolutely excellent. Meeting our guide, Kanazawa Seiga, was also incredibly fortunate. Our meeting point was Tokyo Station at 8 AM, and since our accommodation was in the Ariake area, I was worried about being late even though we woke up early to prepare and took the bus. However, I was so grateful that the guide kept in touch via KakaoTalk, providing updates, and even came to pick us up from the bus stop to the meeting point. Thankfully, we made it onto the bus right at 8 AM. During the journey, the guide smiled brightly and shared many interesting stories. I thought our second child wasn't paying attention, but it turned out they listened to everything the guide said and even recounted it to me, which made me proud. I thought we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji, but it was incredibly clear and visible, making this a truly satisfying tour. The guide also took many enthusiastic photos and provided excellent information, which was wonderful. I will definitely book this tour again next time! Thanks to you, it was a very happy tour.

Olimme hieman hämmentyneitä, koska opas ei puhunut englantia hyvin, mutta hän yritti parhaansa kääntääkseen Google Translatella, ja arvostimme sitä todella. Olimme erittäin epäonnisia, sillä eilen satoi rankasti taifuunin vuoksi, emmekä nähneet Fuji-vuorta lainkaan. Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä vierailukohteisiin, erityisesti Fuji-vuoren 5. asemalle, jossa oli niin kylmä, ja parasta oli ostosten tekeminen Gotemba Premium Outletsissa. This was honestly the best experience I booked before coming to Japan! The 10-hour day trip to Mt Fuji was worth every penny. We were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped back off at the end of the day, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
Our driver, Zersham, was fantastic—very welcoming, friendly, and spoke great English. From start to finish, the whole experience felt magical.
I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Japan—it’s an absolute must! Don’t waste your time dealing with trains or buses when you can enjoy a comfortable, seamless trip like this.

Had an awesome Mt. Fuji private tour! Stress-free! Rana is our driver. Travel is smooth, no hassle and fun. Rana is an excellent tour guide. He even helped take phtots and videos for us. Very accommodating and respectful too. We highly recommend Rana for your Mt Fuji private tour. Car is a 6-seater, clean and spacious. We are a family of 4.

We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable.
We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late.
For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices.
Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

Matkaopas oli erittäin lähestyttävä, kärsivällinen ja ystävällinen koko matkan ajan. Pystyimme vierailemaan kaikissa matkasuunnitelmassa luetelluissa paikoissa ilman kiireen tuntua. Sää oli myös upea matkamme aikana, mikä teki nähtävyyksien katselusta entistäkin nautinnollisempaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli hyvin järjestetty ja ikimuistoinen kiertue, ja arvostimme todella oppaan panosta kokemuksen tekemisessä sujuvaksi ja hauskaksi kaikille. Suosittelemme lämpimästi!

Very convenient and great value for money for a family of four. Ali is very accommodating to allow us to customize the order of locations in the itinerary, add extra stops for rest or for photo ops on the way to 5th Station and to extend the tour up to 2 hours to allow for more time in Gotemba during the Golden Week Sale. The van is very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Saeed butt was very punctual and before time. I would recommend every one to book klook on their way to getemba outlet rather than relying on bus as its more convenient, you get hotel pickup and drop. Now all my japan itinerary is going to be booked on klook.
