The location is above the outlet mall, which is very convenient after shopping. If you're near the hotel, remember to use parking (off-site) P4. The hotel's hot springs, outdoor bath, and panoramic views of Mount Fuji are best enjoyed in the morning. The breakfast is a buffet, and the taste is similar to Hong Kong cuisine. The dinner buffet is about 250 Hong Kong dollars per person, which is a reasonable price, and the taste is about 70% satisfactory. For the room, I booked one with a full Mount Fuji view this time. The scenery is first-class, but the room is a bit small. The hotel has a common room with laundry facilities, a microwave, and other amenities. The staff service is average, so please don't have high expectations. The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot. Remember to get a free parking pass at the front desk. After checking out, guests can park until 2:00 PM, so you can continue shopping after checking out.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm very pleased and satisfied. The hot springs are comfortable, not crowded, and all the amenities make you feel right at home. This time, it was just a stopover, not for visiting the outlet, but because I love this hotel so much; it offers incredible value. If you're driving, you can head out to the 24-hour AEON at night.

The hotel is new and smart, with check-in, room access, and check-out all done via QR code. We stayed on the second floor, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji, but the room had a balcony where we could sit, enjoy the view, and drink coffee. The stay was 100% comfortable; it's a very modern hotel. The lobby on the first floor also has an outdoor space and a parking lot, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed in the Japanese-style room again. The room is very large, which is perfect for organizing after shopping at Gotemba. You can still see Mount Fuji from the room. The bath isn't very big, but you can still see Mount Fuji from it. Breakfast is a Western-style meal, and the view of Mount Fuji from the window is really great. The room rate is also reasonable. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

When planning our trip to Tokyo with the kids, I was very careful in choosing a tour. My choice turned out to be absolutely excellent. Meeting our guide, Kanazawa Seiga, was also incredibly fortunate. Our meeting point was Tokyo Station at 8 AM, and since our accommodation was in the Ariake area, I was worried about being late even though we woke up early to prepare and took the bus. However, I was so grateful that the guide kept in touch via KakaoTalk, providing updates, and even came to pick us up from the bus stop to the meeting point. Thankfully, we made it onto the bus right at 8 AM. During the journey, the guide smiled brightly and shared many interesting stories. I thought our second child wasn't paying attention, but it turned out they listened to everything the guide said and even recounted it to me, which made me proud. I thought we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji, but it was incredibly clear and visible, making this a truly satisfying tour. The guide also took many enthusiastic photos and provided excellent information, which was wonderful. I will definitely book this tour again next time! Thanks to you, it was a very happy tour.

Am fost puțin confuzi pentru că ghidul nu vorbea bine engleza, dar a depus eforturi să traducă folosind Google Translate și am apreciat foarte mult acest lucru. Am avut o experiență minunată în acest tur de o zi la Fuji. Ghizii au fost prietenoși, veseli și mereu plini de energie pozitivă. Au oferit explicații clare și interesante, ceea ce a făcut călătoria și mai plăcută.
Inițial, am avut unele dificultăți în a găsi punctul de întâlnire la Gara Ueno, deoarece indicațiile către Parcul Ueno erau puțin confuze. Din fericire, echipa turului a fost foarte înțelegătoare și ne-a permis să ne alăturăm la următorul punct de preluare din Shinjuku. Suntem deosebit de recunoscători șoferului autocarului și ambilor ghizi pentru că ne-au așteptat cu răbdare, chiar dacă am ajuns puțin mai târziu.
Pentru călătorii musulmani, opțiunile de mâncare halal au fost limitate la oprirea desemnată pentru masă, dar au existat opțiuni vegetariene disponibile. Dacă acestea nu se potrivesc preferințelor dumneavoastră, există un FamilyMart și un 7-Eleven la o scurtă plimbare spre stânga, unde puteți găsi opțiuni suplimentare de mâncare.
