Bed was comfortable. Quick walk to the supermarket and train station. Dinner included. Held my luggage overnight while I climbed mt Fuji. Staff were lovely

Excellent place I stayed a night at while visiting Gotemba, the free (for males only) onsen was lovely! Would of loved to stay longer!

Love that parking is available for free. Minutes to drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Lots of Kodak Moments with Mt Fuji views just outside the hotel. Only set back is the white fluorescent light in the room. Could do with some softer, warmer lighting.

Older hotel that needs upgrades. Air conditioning unit is old and not too effective. Laundry facility is an oven inside! Breakfast was very simple and lacking. Front desk staff was very pleasant and nice
