Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

Had an amazing time especially because the tour group was small. Really appreciated our guide taking the time to explain and get us to Mount Fuji early and take so many photos for me and my wife. The outlets had so many good items and there were so many mesmerizing views.

Even though this was obviously more costly than the usual tours, it was worth the price. Preet was helpful in guiding us on the different stops and was flexible with our requests. Would definitely recommend to those who want a more comfortable and relaxed experience.

I was truly satisfied with the breathtaking Mount Fuji tour with Guide Kim Myung-chul! 🙇♀️👍 My boyfriend and I took it as a day trip on the last day of our Tokyo trip, and choosing it was honestly the best decision ever!! The weather cleared up so we were lucky enough to see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji, and the guide took so many wonderful photos for us, leaving us with amazing memories! 👍👍🍀 During the transit, he entertained us with interesting stories about Japanese history and culture, as well as tips on traveling and shopping in Tokyo! The meals were better than expected, and the overall schedule was comfortable and relaxed, which was great! Especially the hot springs turned out to be unexpectedly amazing, and I want to go again next time!! 😆 I think the biggest advantage of this tour was that we could comfortably visit places that are hard to get to on our own while traveling as a couple! I want to thank Guide Kim Myung-chul for creating such wonderful memories for us 🙇♀️🙇♀️👍🗻

हम थोड़े भ्रमित थे क्योंकि गाइड अच्छी अंग्रेजी नहीं बोल पाती थी, लेकिन उसने गूगल ट्रांसलेट का उपयोग करके अनुवाद करने का प्रयास किया, और हमने इसकी बहुत सराहना की। हम बहुत बदकिस्मत थे क्योंकि कल एक तूफान के साथ भारी बारिश हुई थी, इसलिए हम माउंट फ़ूजी को बिल्कुल भी नहीं देख पाए। लेकिन कुल मिलाकर, हम उन जगहों से बहुत संतुष्ट थे जहाँ हमने दौरा किया, खासकर माउंट फ़ूजी 5वीं स्टेशन जहाँ बहुत ठंड थी, और सबसे अच्छी बात गोटेम्बा प्रीमियम आउटलेट्स में खरीदारी करना था। आशा है कि अगली बार फिर से आएंगे जब हम आखिरकार माउंट फ़ूजी को देख पाएंगे!

We had a great experience with Bek as our driver. He was very accommodating to our requests and was happy to follow our customized itinerary instead of a fixed tour route.
There was a small hiccup at the beginning of the day with about a one-hour delay because our original driver became unwell and had to be replaced. While it was an inconvenience, Bek handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of the trip went smoothly.
Our route was exactly as we had planned: from the hotel to Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, Shiraito Falls, and finally Shibuya. Bek drove safely, was punctual at each stop, and gave us the flexibility to enjoy each location at our own pace.
Overall, despite the initial delay, we were very satisfied with the service. Bek’s friendly attitude, flexibility, and professionalism made the trip enjoyable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating driver in the Mt. Fuji area

Our guide was incredibly kind, and when we asked for recommendations for good restaurants around Tokyo, they meticulously found some for us, which allowed us to enjoy delicious meals. However, the travel time was longer than expected, so the time we could spend at our destination felt a bit short. This was the case even on a weekday, which made me think that travel times could be even longer on weekends.
