Hotels in Cairns

Great hotel. Just felt a little old, not quite 5 stars as it says it is. Staff were very frustrating upon our check-out. We called that morning requesting a 30 mins leniancy due to a work meeting, and were given permission. However was in room for meeting and they kept on harrassing us to get out of the room within 10 mins after 11am check-out time. Very embarrassing for me during meeting and a major interruption. Unprofessional.

We arrived on an early morning flight, and the smooth check-in process was incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, and our room was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we could even order warm egg dishes, which were delicious. The Hilton is definitely our top choice in Cairns!

I had a great stay. Location is perfect as I only did walk going to my booked activities such as sky diving and scuba diving. Only thing they need to provide is table at least inside the room as I was forced to put some of my food on the floor. I asked but they cannot provide anything. Even a foldable table would be valuable amenities inside the room. Thank you!

This is convenient for sightseeing in Cairns. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but being close to the ocean was nice. One of the washing machines was broken, but having laundry facilities is still very convenient.
