Our tour guide, Mr. He, was fantastic 👍 and extremely dedicated. He provided explanations throughout the trip and showed great care for us. Had an enjoyable ski day today with our tour guide Yuan(袁).She is helpful with taking photos for all of us. She is very chatty and has a great personality. Skiiing while watching the spectacular Mt Fuji in the background is such an incredible experience.

The tour guide is very understanding. we missed the bus & we took the public bus to go there and he met us there and automatically helped us i getting the ticket/gears all ready and we able to board the tour bus back. Thank you so much!

Very good experience! Place grade 10! Easy to find the starting point and luckily Mount Fuji was uncovered, I loved it! (The only bad part is that to get back to the house there was a lot of traffic and the trip back to Tokyo lasted 5 hours) but in general everything was very quiet and cool! We had an amazing day!

SAMUEL our guide provided very informative and interesting history and background on our way to Mt Fuji. Our bus driver also was pleasant and helpful. we highly recommended this itinerary when in Japan.

We really had fun here. A must snow resort place to visit while in Japan. Not too crowded and the view of Mount Fuji just behind us were magnificent!
