Hotels in Taitung

The exquisite family room has a spacious four-bed layout. The hotel also offers complimentary cocktails and local beverages. The pool and spa are excellent and suitable for both adults and children. There's also a kids' ball pit, and the parking lot has plenty of charging spots for electric vehicles. Highly recommended.

The room was large (but there were mosquitoes; luckily I managed to kill them, otherwise the hotel's solution was just to provide an electric mosquito repellent). The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and there were also late-night snacks and refreshments. I specifically chose Naruwan for its swimming pool and spa, but the pool was very shallow. A major drawback is that the hotel's location is quite remote.

On the evening of July 11th, I spontaneously decided to take a quick trip to Taitung to see the hot air balloons. I immediately looked for accommodation and found the Kindness Hotel at a great price on Klook, so I booked it right away. We arrived early the next afternoon, and the front desk allowed us to check in early. We enjoyed cookies, ice cream, and other treats in the dining area. Every staff member at the Taitung branch was very friendly, especially one of the ladies working in the restaurant. Knowing that we came to Taitung on a whim to see the hot air balloons, she recommended attractions and suggested the best times to visit. She also reminded us to drink some cold-brewed soothing tea to help us stay refreshed for the long drive home the next day. During dinner and late-night snacks, she recommended must-try local delicacies. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend the Kindness Hotel in Taitung to everyone.

The environment is clean, the facilities are great, and overall it's good. The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak. The service staff is informative and answers all questions, but they're not very friendly. Parking is convenient, but the hotel doesn't have enough parking spaces. There are also parking options nearby.

The hotel room is new and very clean! The bed is comfortable, and it's very convenient to have an onsen in the room. The breakfast selection is decent. For a price of $4000 per night, the quality of the hotel makes it a great value for money!

The room is spacious and I appreciate the bidet toilet. It's a 10-minute walk from Taitung Train Station, and there's a Ubike station diagonally across from the hotel, making it easy to get around. My favorite part of breakfast was the seafood congee, braised chicken drumsticks, and mahi-mahi fish floss. The welcome afternoon tea snacks were also a plus.

Convenient parking. The cleanliness and temperature of the public bath are well maintained. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious, and has many varieties. The room cleanliness is acceptable. My children and wife enjoyed their stay very much. It would be even better if the children's playroom had more toys.

We stayed as a family and had a great time. The hotel and its location are fantastic and the staff made us feel at home immediately!
