The tour guide was super humorous and funny, and the driver was also very nice, constantly mentioning that there was WiFi available on the bus. When we got off the bus, he even said "Merry Christmas" and said goodbye to everyone, providing a lot of emotional value. There was plenty of free time, and the time management was just right~

It was a great and relaxing wine tour with many varieties. Also options for vegitarian is available. The guide kept saying something the whole while but we could not understand the accent or what he wanted to say.

actually everything is not bad... visited 2 wineries with 6 different wines tasted... it should be better to join the tour in the morning...

Really enjoyed the wine tour. We visited three wineries and had lunch at the third one. Was happy high the entire tour and had a lot of fun drinking good wines.
We liked the third winery the best. And all three wineries sold olive oil and wine.

Got ourselves a 7-day Global Pass and travelled through 5 countries. Buying the pass was easy but how to use the app for activating the pass will need some time to learn. However, fear not as there are many experienced people out willing to share. Do some readings and join some fb travel groups and you will surprised by the information available. The pass was flexible but the train schedule can be unpredictable which means you need to be updated requently to stay on course of your journey. We only experienced one hicccup on one of the trips at Berlin due to seat reservation issue and missing the connecting train due to delay of the first train. The other trips were as planned.

The Trenitalia Pass was simple to use and it’s suitable for first time tourist to use. However, it’s a little bit expensive, but for the convenience sake. Do note that you will need to plan your route and journey in advance so that you can reserve your seats.

the visitor experience centre is at the middle exit of the station! the staff is polite , and make sure you are there 15 mins earlier . the staff will bring you to the bus station

we a family of three enjoyed the whole tour. the Tour lead Mr Gabrielle and the Driver were very good and helpful. We really enjoyed the Sienna and wine tasting as well. We planned mainly to see Pisa but ended enjoyed the whole tour. Thank you so much!!!

This tour is perfect for those staying in Florence who want to visit the surrounding towns. The itinerary for the day is as follows: 7:20 AM Meet at the Florence SMN train station – Pisa (1 hour) – Winery near San Gimignano (Lunch + 3 wine tastings) – San Gimignano (1 hour) – Siena (1 hour) – 7:30 PM Return to SMN train station. The whole trip is quite compact, with only about 1 hour in each location. If you want to explore properly, the time is not really enough. However, its strength is its convenience, as you travel by bus and it's not tiring, so it's still very suitable. The tour guide, Barbara, is very friendly and responsible. I recommend this tour! (The entire tour is explained in English).
