Ponte Vecchio

The Ponte Vecchio is one of the most famous bridges in Florence, and when you visit, you'll walk across this iconic bridge full of history, medieval buildings, and sparkling jewelry shops. The bridge consists of three arches and was built in 1345 by Taddeo Gaddi, replacing older versions from Roman times. Long ago, butcher shops lined the bridge, but the Medici family replaced all the shops with wooden shutters, goldsmiths, and jewelers to clean up the area. As you explore, look up to see the Vasari Corridor, a secret walkway the Medici used to move between Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. In World War II, it was the only bridge the Nazis didn’t destroy. In the middle, you’ll find a statue of Benvenuto Cellini, where you can leave a love lock like many tourists do—another reason to experience the charm of the Ponte Vecchio for yourself. Visit Ponte Vecchio to walk through history, enjoy the views, and create your special moment in Florence!

Basilica of Santa Croce

The Basilica of Santa Croce is one of the most famous landmarks in Florence—and the largest Franciscan church in the world. Built in the shape of an Egyptian cross, it dates back to 1294 and was finished in the mid-1400s. When you walk through its grand doors, you're stepping into a piece of history that's over 700 years old. From famous tombs to stunning art, Santa Croce brings together the best of Florence’s history, religion, and culture in one incredible space. What makes the Basilica of Santa Croce stand out is its nickname: the “Pantheon of Florence.” That’s because so many famous Italians are buried here. You’ll find the tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, and Rossini, just to name a few. It's like walking through a hall of fame for Italian history and culture. But it's not just about who's buried here. Inside, you’ll see impressive art, like Giotto’s frescoes and Donatello’s wooden crucifix. Even if you’re not an art expert, the beauty and meaning behind these works are easy to appreciate. Many visitors say Santa Croce is a “must-see” for anyone visiting Florence.

Piazza San Marco

Piazza San Marco, or St. Mark’s Square, is the main public square in Venice, Italy, and one of the most famous in the world. When you visit, you’ll see landmarks like St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower, and the Clock Tower. Napoleon called it “the drawing room of Europe,” and as you walk through the square, you’ll feel the rich history of the Venetian Republic all around you. You can explore museums, admire golden mosaics, spot the winged lion, and enjoy the open space where people gather. During acqua alta (high tides), the San Marco square often floods, but raised walkways help you get around. Don’t miss the Piazzetta di San Marco, which leads to the Grand Canal and two tall granite columns that mark an important piece of Venetian history.

Didn't have to queue when booking via Klook, but have to remember to collect tickets just outside at the cafe by showing them the booking id

Big museum. Be prepared to spend at least 1.5 hours (minimum). Really worth a visit when in Florence. Make sure to download the entire audioguide beforehand as the data signal is spotty inside the museum and they didn’t really have free wifi or it wasn’t working.

An unforgettable Tuscany tour! The landscapes were breathtaking, the itinerary was perfectly paced, and every stop felt special. Huge thanks to our guide Constantino—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about Tuscany. He made the experience even more memorable with great stories and thoughtful attention to the group. Highly recommended!

The line to enter the church was very long, and the Italian tour guide had a very strong accent. If you're a native Mandarin speaker, you'll need to pay close attention to understand the explanations 😇. However, being able to skip the long line in the Italian heat and enter directly is worth the price of admission! I highly recommend this tour.

This was my second time visiting this gallery, and honestly, I'd happily go a third time! I visited on a Sunday, and there were no lines. I think that's thanks to the e-ticket. I first approached the woman outside, who exchanged my e-ticket for a paper one, and everything went quickly and smoothly. I got the audio guide in Russian. It's not super detailed, but it's quite decent. Important note: you need to leave your passport or ID for the audio guide, and they only return it at the end. I didn't know that... luckily, I happened to have my passport with me. It took me exactly 2 hours to visit the entire gallery with a short break and a trip to the restroom. I didn't stop for too long at each painting, so in my opinion, 2 hours is the optimal time. If you want to examine each work carefully, allow 3-4 hours. My impressions are only positive.

The Tuscany day trip was amazing! The itinerary was well planned, covering Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa all in one day. The guide was knowledgeable, the views were beautiful, and the lunch was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended!

This tour is perfect for those staying in Florence who want to visit the surrounding towns. The itinerary for the day is as follows: 7:20 AM Meet at the Florence SMN train station – Pisa (1 hour) – Winery near San Gimignano (Lunch + 3 wine tastings) – San Gimignano (1 hour) – Siena (1 hour) – 7:30 PM Return to SMN train station. The whole trip is quite compact, with only about 1 hour in each location. If you want to explore properly, the time is not really enough. However, its strength is its convenience, as you travel by bus and it's not tiring, so it's still very suitable. The tour guide, Barbara, is very friendly and responsible. I recommend this tour! (The entire tour is explained in English).

It was convenient since they provided the tickets for both Pitti Palace and Uffizi Gallery on the ticket booth. So we skip the line which is time efficient.

This Cinque Terre trip was very worthwhile! I visited the four villages of Riomaggiore ➡️ Manarola ➡️ Monterosso ➡️ Vernazza. The scenery was beautiful, and the colorful houses with the sea view were so healing. The itinerary was well-arranged and not too rushed (I personally think it would be better to spend an extra half hour in Manarola), and there was enough time for taking photos and walking around. The tour guide was very friendly, and the transportation was arranged smoothly, saving a lot of trouble by not having to transfer myself. If this is your first time visiting Cinque Terre, I highly recommend this trip. I suggest wearing comfortable shoes and leaving early. Overall, it was a great experience!
