I recommend this hotel, even though maintenance is a bit lacking. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Located just 5 minutes from Tor Vergata Polyclinic, it's a perfect spot for anyone visiting the hospital, even if the surrounding area isn't the most attractive. I suggest it for those looking for a comfortable hotel that meets all the expectations of a Best Western.

I trusted my gut, and it didn’t disappoint—this is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe! Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were amazing.
A big shoutout to Guilherme for being so accommodating and for introducing me to other guests who became my friends and future travel buddies. Jerry, the night receptionist, was warm and welcoming even in the early hours of the morning. Sarah, the morning receptionist, is an absolute ray of sunshine. And to the rest of the team—whose faces I remember even if I don’t recall all the names—thank you!
The cleanliness of this hostel is truly top-notch. The only suggestion I have would be to add a small curtain to each bunk bed for a bit more privacy 😉 overall it exceeds expectations! the buffet breakfast was worth it! you got a tons of items to choose be it vegan or gluten free 😉 thank you for everything

Located in a very convenient and quiet alley next to the photo spot on the 2nd floor of the station near the Colosseum. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. This was my most satisfying stay in Italy. The room and living area were separate, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. The welcome sparkling wine was delicious.

Elegant, very well decorated, and spacious in common areas. Pleasant staff. Rooms were in line with expectations. The bathroom in the room was an unexpected bonus due to the very spacious shower. The minibar didn't include drinks but did have water bottles, which is another plus on hot days. The bed was comfortable, but I've slept in more comfortable, firmer beds, I mean.

We started using the Big Bus on our first day in Rome, which helped us avoid crowded areas and an unfamiliar subway system. This allowed us to get to know the city and visit various attractions in a more comfortable and relaxed way. After showing your e-ticket directly to the ticket agent near the bus stop or to the staff on the bus, they will help you print out the tickets you can use later. Once you have your ticket, you can ride unlimited times. You can also download the designated app to follow guided tours and complete four city walk routes on your own during your trip, which is truly very practical.
