- Please read the itinerary details and regulations of the activities you are participating in carefully. Make sure you fully understand and agree before registering. (For group registrations, please ensure that all accompanying partners have read the registration instructions and confirm that they can accept them before registering.) - This activity is suitable for ages 7-65. Children aged 7-10 must be accompanied by a parent (1 child per 1 parent). Participants aged 11-18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Do not register if you have cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, asthma, are pregnant, have had surgery within the past 6 months, or weigh more than 100kg.
- Please wear light clothing, swimwear, or rash guards before entering the water, and avoid wearing heavy, water-absorbent materials such as jeans. If you need sun protection, it is recommended to wear thin long-sleeved pants. In accordance with the principle of marine ecological conservation, please try not to use sunscreen or other chemical products to protect the marine ecology.
- It is recommended to use a lanyard to secure glasses. If wearing contact lenses, it is recommended to bring an extra pair of replacement contact lenses.
- During the trip, the instructor will assist in taking photos of the activities. It is strongly recommended not to bring personal electronic devices into the water. You are responsible for any related damage risks if you bring them.
- Please bring your own towel, drinking water, and change of clothes. If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring your own motion sickness medicine to the base and take it upon arrival (the supplier will not provide any medication on site).
- The supplier has the right to use the photos taken during this activity (such as promotional materials on online platforms, advertisements, and photos attached to promotional materials).

On July 4th, under the scorching Taitung sun, I was the only brave soul who joined the morning tour. However, both coaches were incredibly patient, teaching me how to paddleboard, taking Instagram-worthy photos, and even letting me experience cliff jumping. This location (Umbrella Beach) is a small, sheltered cove, quite suitable for bringing children to try out. I'll probably bring my son back to experience it again next time.
