Even though our trip unfortunately coincided with a long-awaited heavy rain, preventing us from visiting many places, that's just how travel is—leaving a little bit of regret so we can come back next time to fully appreciate Taitung's beauty. This time, we rented from Grizzly Bear Scooter Rental. Although the owner might seem unapproachable at first glance, he's actually incredibly nice—a tough exterior with a kind heart! When we picked up the scooter, he was super friendly, explaining everything to us, even filling up the tank, and giving us directions and information about various attractions. He was great to chat with. I'm already looking forward to planning another trip to Taitung. I highly recommend everyone rent a scooter from Grizzly Bear!

The owner is super friendly and responds very quickly to any questions via LINE. The location is right next to Taitung Train Station; just turn right after exiting and you'll see it in less than five minutes. The vehicles are in excellent condition, and they provide three-quarter helmets, not just skullcaps! They even include shower caps, which is a very thoughtful touch. There are two raincoats in the scooter trunk. Before renting, take a photo of the dashboard mileage and license plate and send it to the owner via LINE; do the same when returning the scooter. The scooter is provided with a full tank of gas, and it should be returned with a full tank. The owner is a great guy, and I'll definitely rent from him again when I go to Taitung. Highly recommended.

The owner of Grizzly Motorcycle Rental oh yay Taitung branch is very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. You can check out the attractions and meals the owner made himself ~~~ We went to Xiao Ye Noodle Shop and it was really delicious, thank you boss ~~ A store I'm willing to visit again.

The shop owner is witty and has keen observational skills. Although the location is the furthest from the station, it's worth the extra walk to rent a car here. They put a lot of effort into creating the website, thinking from the consumer's perspective, even making navigation barcodes and refueling reminders on the phone mount, which is an experience I've never had at other places.

The car is very new, the boss is very nice, and he patiently and carefully introduced the condition of the car! I chose GP 125! It is just right for my sister and I to ride, and it is very fuel-efficient! Very stable! I have rented a car twice from Willi Car Rental near Taitung New Station. I used it again this time and it was not disappointing~ The motorcycle is very new, rides very smoothly, and there is no mileage limit~ It would have been better if I hadn’t gone all the way from Taipei to Taiwan I am already very tired, otherwise it would be a good idea to ride a motorcycle from Taitung to Chishang~ 🥰🥰🥰

I rented a GP125 and it was in very good condition. It was no problem to go back and forth to Luye. However, the fuel tank is a bit small, and it is not enough to fill it up to get back and forth from Duoliang Station. Luye Highland will charge parking fees during the time when there are hot air balloons, which are 30 yuan in the morning for motorcycles, 50 yuan in the afternoon, and 200 yuan for cars.
