The Taiwan High-Speed Rail ticket for non-Taiwanese was on a buy-one-take-one promotion. We were glad we were able to purchase it before it expired on March 31st. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by nice staff who instructed us on how to redeem the ticket. My husband and I enjoyed the 200 to 300 kilometers per hour speed of the high-speed rail train, which is similar to Japan's bullet train. It was very clean, nice, and had comfortable seats. We were able to reach Zuoying Terminal in just under two hours. Thank you so much.

Klook instructions are clear enough to guide me. we can also change our timing to earlier if need to, which helps. i booked for 5pm timing but ended up taking the 3.10pm train. not bad. on the HSR, there are some snacks and drinks sold too. you can also buy food from 7-11 at the Taoyuan HSR station too. there is also free shuttle bus (show your HSR tickets) at Tainan HSR station to take H31 bus to city area. note that Taoyuan HSR station is NOT at Taipei Taoyuan airport. from airport MRT station, you need to take a MRT ride to the Taoyuan HSR station.

There's a 15% discount for foreigner. It's easy to use. Go to the counter, show them the voucher and passport. They will issue the train tickets to you. Take note of which platform to go and ta-ta, done. You can try their train bento set if you happen to be taking train during lunch time. It's nice and delicious.

We met a helpful snd warm lady, who was assisting and directing tourist. We reached earlier than our booking time, and she brought us to the counter to exchange our THSR tickets to earlier timing. The tickets are definitely worth buying with 50% off. If you are taking train during lunch, they will be selling the train bento. It's worth trying.

Very fast smooth convenience HSR train ride all the way from Taichung to Taoyuan, too bad is only 15% off regular ticket and not one for one off ticket, but however still a good deal, thank you klook for the great deal 👍
