Had to cancel this booking because we booked alternative transport at the very last minute but still thank you klook for your prompt replies to help us with the refund.
The driver contacted shortly after we got in touch with the local company that accepted the booking one day before the transfer. Details of the driver and car plate number were made known to us and the whole process was smooth. We were brought to Taichung HSR much earlier than our expected timing and that was good.
Supplier's management is relatively poor, to repeatedly fight to confirm the driver information! And in the day before the departure of 4,5 pm to know which driver to arrange! A bit too late!
Pay extra but easy to access... no need to carry heavy luggage. Driver came early before the set time.
Regarding the confirmation part is a little slow resulting in my clash timing of my HSR. So far the drive was great! Car was spacious and driver reached on time. There isn\u2019t any stops in between therefore we reach our HSR early \uD83D\uDC4D\uD83C\uDFFB
The van is on time , Mr Chan is very nice driver and provide value suggestion for visiting Cingjing. The duration of journey took about 1.5 hours and arrived safely.
Convenient, from the homestay to Qingjing designated hotel, it is recommended.
Our driver was late for 36mins and we had to call him before we were notified that we was going to be late. Despite the lateness the driver was pretty apologetic and got us to the destination on time so overall it was ok.
