The ingredients are fresh, the ingredients used are real, and the sashimi is thick enough to taste good! The vinegared rice in the donburi has a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is perfect with the ingredients (eel and shrimp) above! The fish is grilled just right, delicious and juicy; the nigiri sushi is also delicious! The double set meal made us quite full, and we will come again next time.
