- Upon returning to Taipei from Jiufen/Shifen, the driver will stop by Shilin Night Market and MRT Ximen Station Exit 6. Please choose your preferred drop off location upon checkout
- As this is a shared transfer, it is not possible to request specific car types. The operator will arrange the proper car type based on the number of participants
- Each passenger may bring a 26" suitcase at most. For safety concerns, excess luggage will not be allowed
- The operator will send you the driver's contact details by email before 10:00pm 1 day prior to the travel date
- Please note: This service is not available during Lunar New Year (23-29 Jan 2020)

There are 2+2 of us, so the cab is a little cramp. all else was good, the journey was smooth and uncle was not pushy at all. be sure to exchange contact with driver to arrange for return trip in case it gets too dark or overcrowded.
The entire Shifen trip was amazing. Everything's hassle-free. We were accommodated by a black Mercedez Benz which made the trip very cozy & convenient. The driver has made use of a language translator app, so there was no language barrier at all. We were also able to meet a new friend since it's a shared transfer. We've enjoyed writing our wishes and aspirations in the sky lanterns.

Waiting location was easy to find and the driver was friendly and brought us up to jiufen no issue. We got the shared transfer but I guess there was no one else on the day and timing we booked so it was just us in the car.

The klook represenetative can easily be located just before exit and name was there already. Arrived early but took us almost 90 mins in the line for immigration before go out. The charged time was adjusted based on arrival time and since we arrived early, we were charged more. But overall was great ride, nice driver and very nice car.
I was alone on this day, but he was still running.
The driver was not good at communicating with me because I couldn't speak English, but it was good. Jiufen is quite far, and the road is bad.
