Golden Hot Spring Hotel Private Hot Spring Experience in Beitou

I visited around 4 PM on August 24th and wasn't sure how to get there after arriving at Xinbeitou MRT station. I called the front desk for directions, and after calling three or four times to confirm, the two young ladies at the front desk were so helpful! They were very patient and answered all my questions with a gentle tone. When I arrived, they explained everything even more thoroughly. It truly made me feel that the hotel staff is highly professional! The hotel lobby and hot spring facilities are also maintained very clean and comfortable! From the initial phone inquiry to the on-site registration, use, and departure, the entire experience was pleasant and well worth the trip! I highly recommend it! I also hope everyone will take good care of the facilities so that this excellent hot spring hotel can continue to operate sustainably! (The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the hot spring were fantastic.) Thank you to the front desk staff that day! I hope your excellent service is recognized by the company, rewarded, and used as a foundation for training other employees.

Booked thru klook 30 mins before arriving and everything was straightforward. They even upgraded my room. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. Enjoyed our stay overall.

This was a last minute booking. Booked it on the way to Beitou. Redeemed it within 15 mins with no issues. Staff were very accommodating and the 90 mins for the bath were more than enough. Complimentary snacks and cold drinks as well. There’s a hot and cold plunge within the private room. Just take note that there’s an additional 300 NTD fee for weekend visits.

I made my booking the day of and had no issues. The staff we’re extremely friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival ad staff explained all facility procedures. I booked a private room for 1 and enjoyed it immensely. The water from the Beitou springs is so revitalizing. I look forward to visiting this same Onsen again when I return. Just a heads up the the 90 mins starts the second they give you your key so be sure to get to the room fast to enjoy the full 90 mins.

It was an amazing experience. Friendly staff able to speak English. The room was big with a king size bed and a view of the park ✨ highly recommend this place!

This was my first time trying the 90-minute suite with a hot spring bath. The room was spacious and tidy, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bed was large and comfortable. It's absolutely perfect for relaxing and sleeping after a soak. 👍🏻

I am very satisfied. It seems very good in terms of cost-effectiveness. The location is also good for a leisurely walk from Xinbeitou. There are many delicious restaurants along the way, so it's great to eat on the way back from the hot spring. The hot spring is also very good. There is a slight sulfur smell, but otherwise it is a really good private hot spring.

The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from Beitou Station, but you'll arrive quickly as you explore the neighborhood. Overall, it's clean and nice!! ☺️ Since we were a family of four, we booked two 2-person hot spring rooms (hinoki bath) for 90 minutes. Without a bed, there's a hot tub, cold tub, mini-fridge, and table in a small room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, and snacks are also provided. 90 minutes goes by incredibly fast!! The time is counted from the moment you insert the card into the room, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to fill the tub with water, so be sure to allocate your time well to avoid additional charges.

It was a wonderful retreat to relax and destress. Soaking in hot sulfur water was just what we needed.
