We had a great time at KSL hotel. No hassle while checking in and out. Fantastic location after pasar malam and of course a short distance from KSL mall too.

My go-to hotel in JB. Booked the room last min and the confirmation was instant so that was great. Seamless check in at 11.55pm and got a room at level 19. As always, room was clean and big. Had a great sleep and woke up at 4am for bf (sahur). Checkout was fast & staff was friendly. Recommended!!

I passed my passport to the hotel counter male staff. After checking and keying into the system, he printed a copy of my passport without my permission: He was rather rude. I saw it and requested to take back my passport photocopy: is this necessary?

Hotel room was not ready till close to 4pm. After checking a few times with counter staff, they upgraded our room to another room as it seems fully booked. Staff was patient with each customers, just need to make sure factor in waiting time, and it seemed no early check in possible. connected to zenith mall, via amaya at level 6.
