My go-to hotel in JB. Booked the room last min and the confirmation was instant so that was great. Seamless check in at 11.55pm and got a room at level 19. As always, room was clean and big. Had a great sleep and woke up at 4am for bf (sahur). Checkout was fast & staff was friendly. Recommended!!

staff were friendly and was able to accommodate my last request of setting up a small bday decoration for my friend. nice ambience. unfortunately we are not able to enjoy the breakfast as it was too many people during this festive seasons
