One of our top choices for affordable hotels in Johor that we frequent! Clean room, but the only downside is that there are a lot of renovations and traffic around it so it might be noisy at night.

Due to road works nearby and construction work next to hotel so not really convenient for me to walk around, nothing much to do. Bathroom rather small, will be good to have additional rack, hook. Staff was very helpful and great 👍

The hotel is a 15-20mins walk from JB Sentral via the R&F Mall overpass, it was quite tricky locating the hotel since it was nearby a building undergoing construction. The hotel was new and neatly furbished. You can immediately see prayer rooms near the reception. Check in requires cash deposit of rm100. The room was clean, with comfy beds and pillows, working aircond and water heater, a mini fridge and tv (with youtube and netflix) was provided as well. Iron you need to call room service and they'll send one to you within few minutes. Toiletries was also provided. We booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast was adequate, nasi lemak, salad and fruits, a selection of bread and pastries. It was a pleasant stay and of good value. Recommended.

convenient near check point, security at the gate feel secure, need access to go upstairs also, breakfast is decent the staff keep refilling the food and drinks. guest room clean, just the mini fridge not very cold.
