the room and facilities were clean and great. we enjoyed our stay very much. location is decent - near the checkpoint but had to walk a fair bit. the free cookie upon check in was a nice touch as well

1. swimming pool is under repair.. should offer some incentive to guest during the interim. free bus to public pool is not a good alternative. A fresh fruit basket or a bottle of wine will be recommended. 2. location due to road work is making your hotel not ideal for booking... or taking grab compare to hotel nearby KSL.

the service and the room was fantastic. super polite staff who were always smiling and friendly, and the deluxe family room with lounge access was a great plus - cocktails and pre-dinner food . and the hotel had reasonable prices for the in-house dining.

my favorite hotel in jb, with early and quick check in and free cookies as well as amazing buffet spread for breakfast. also love tosca and the gym!! only thing is they really need to provide better hair conditioner and hair dryer...

Nice and clean room but is super cold even we change to fan mode, staff are nice and polite. There is no children toiletries provided even I booked my room inclusive a kid. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool playing with water. Overall the experience is quite a good one.

Comfortable bedding, front desk staff are friendly and location is near shopping and food. Would be good to have 2 chairs in the room as only 1 of us can eat our late supper at the desk. But, overall we are very happy with our stay.

Overall it was a great experienced for me and the family. the welcoming biscuit was a kind gesture. the room is nice and immaculate. the gym and the other facilities are modern and well maintained. the only downside was the smelly sejadah which seemed to have been overlooked to be kept fresh for all new guest.
