We opted for the 10 hour tour and our driver Benny picked us up at our hotel right after we had our lunch. Benny was very friendly, patient and helpful. He took many pictures for us, even digitally removing the crowd from the background for some pics. After Batu cave and some other sights, we had yummy seafood dinner. there we caught sight of mudskippers and monitor lizards at lowtide next to the seafood place. We ended the day on a speedboat, watching eagles feeding, then the fireflies and finally enjoying the “blue tears” effect as we stirred the waters with nets

We enjoyed this private tour as a family!!! Johan, our driver/guide, was very friendly and he also made sure that we are well oriented of the tourist spots we visited by discussing it to us. Highly recommended for families who want a more relaxed schedule.

It was a very good tour. I thought joining a tour was an efficient way to visit both the Blue Mosque and the Pink Mosque. Our driver, Fatmah, was very kind. She showed us photo spots, took pictures for us, and taught us about various Malaysian cultures, making the car ride enjoyable. We made some great memories!

It was a beautiful day. Our guide, Steven Benedict, accompanied us with great professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness. He pointed out many points of interest along the way, telling us about Malaysia, its history, culture, and current events. He was very accommodating, waiting for us while we visited various places, and proved to be a very knowledgeable person, so we took the opportunity to ask him many questions, which he always answered promptly. Once we arrived at the island, he gave us both independent time and guided us, staying by our side. It was a very interesting overall experience; there aren't any spectacular sights, but the overall view is truly picturesque, and you can feel the life of a real fishing island. The seafood lunch truly surprised us: it was delicious! Highly recommended as an experience for anyone looking for a relaxing day and a truly pleasant cultural experience.

This was my first time booking a hotel using Klook, and it was seriously worth it because the prices are much cheaper and there are so many discounts! Actually, I booked the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam specifically to surprise my wife for her birthday. When booking, I made a special request asking them to place a greeting card with my wife's name on it. But the hotel staff were so nice, they even treated us to a slice of birthday cake! There was just a funny moment during check-in though... The staff asked right in front of us: "For your special request, would you like us to send it up now?" Even though my wife was standing right next to me and just smiled shyly! Hahaha, the surprise was spoiled early. But that's okay, as long as she's happy, I'm happy!

the hotel was so gooodd, have designated parking lot for the guest, you dont have to worry to park your car at where. the food was so goood, variety of choices, the staff greet you well.

the hotel & food overall is good. But surrounding at midnight too noisy because of the street racer. maybe can do something so that all customers can sleep well.

Hotel location is superb as it just 1 min walking distance to Central I city mall and the staffs very nice, she gave us cookies during check in process

Best hotel ever 👍👍👍 Truly Hilton. Room price is really affordable at 200+ Upon arrival during check in, staff came to serve welcome drink. Everyone greets us with smile. Pool is great with mini waterpark for kids. Room is really spacious, has Japanese vibe. Afternoon tea set starts at 12pm so its convenient for us. We even get 50% for the set.
