the hotel & food overall is good. But surrounding at midnight too noisy because of the street racer. maybe can do something so that all customers can sleep well.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very beautiful. All the dining places were convenient, including restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you needed to buy, like groceries or food, was nearby. Want to buy nasi lemak? There's plenty of easy-to-find food all around. Day, night, morning, evening, there were no issues with food. Everything was great.

Best hotel ever 👍👍👍 Truly Hilton. Room price is really affordable at 200+ Upon arrival during check in, staff came to serve welcome drink. Everyone greets us with smile. Pool is great with mini waterpark for kids. Room is really spacious, has Japanese vibe. Afternoon tea set starts at 12pm so its convenient for us. We even get 50% for the set.

The room was great and we were happy with our stay. However, the instructions to find the receptionist section were quite confusing. It would be helpful to update the instructions to make them clearer and easier for future guests to follow.

One of smile branch that have beautiful mural paint.the location also good nearby mall and restaurant.laundry bar just beside the hotel.to reach here you can take grab from dato'menteri lrt.public transport also can but you have to walk few minutes from plaza shah alam.if you want perfect condition with full room amenities maybe this hotel is not suitable.deluxe room with two cup, keetle.mostly budget hotel even lowel price from this can provide tea and coffee sachet.here they only provide one small drinking water only.i think for single room only one bottle, but for deluxe they also give one bottle only.maybe because they provide water dispenser on each floor.hair dryer at the bathroom.for iron we have to request it.wtr pressure for shower is good.bathroom exhaust fan is not functioning.exhaust fan is important for the air circulation on the bathroom.the edge of mattress ia a little beat sinking but still i can get a good sleep.smart tv is with neftlix, but we have to use our account.

We enjoyed this private tour as a family!!! Johan, our driver/guide, was very friendly and he also made sure that we are well oriented of the tourist spots we visited by discussing it to us. Highly recommended for families who want a more relaxed schedule.
