Located in Shah Alam, i-City Theme Park is a fantastic wonderland perfect for families with children. The first time you bring your kids here, it's like stepping into a glowing fairy tale, especially at night when the entire park is illuminated by colorful lights. Children excitedly run around, and adults can't help but keep taking photos. The park offers many rides suitable for children, from carousels to mini roller coasters, which are thrilling yet safe, ensuring everyone has a fun and worry-free experience. The most unique attraction is the Snowalk, where despite being in a tropical country like Malaysia, you can experience sub-zero ice sculptures and snow activities. The best experience ever... we went to Snowwalk again, but couldn't go to the waterpark because it closed at 5:30 PM... Oh well, at least it was easy since we didn't have to buy tickets at the counter.

It was really great. We planned last minute and booked on the same day. My daughter was very happy... the changing room was also comfortable. The only thing is, if you're not from around here, you'll definitely need to ask where the parking entrance is. The sister and brother at the food kiosk might not be from around here, so they seemed a bit rude. They expect us to read the notes telling us to pay only with the i-City app. This needs to be improved, especially for veterans or people not from here, otherwise it will be difficult for them to make purchases. Anyway, it was really great to bring my child for a holiday on Labor Day. Queue times: No need to queue because we used the Klook app. Ease of booking on Klook: Awesome.

Snowalk is a very attractive tourist spot because it offers a cold atmosphere experience like in a snowy country even when in Malaysia. Inside Snowalk, visitors can see ice decorations, artificial snow, and beautiful and unique winter decorations. The low temperature makes the experience of walking in this area feel challenging but fun. Many visitors take the opportunity to take pictures with a white snow background while wearing thick clothes. Snowalk is also suitable for visiting with family, friends, and children because the atmosphere is safe, clean, and organized. This experience provides special memories that are hard to forget by every visitor who comes during school holidays on weekends.

Super hassle-free experience! Booking on Klook was seamless and entry was a breeze. We just scanned the QR code at the entrance and walked straight in. SnoWalk was super fun and freezing cold!

All the games and places together really worth the price as it was only RM28 especially for Immersive Winterland, London Village and Bowling. The other 2 games might be boring for adults but still you can enjoy it together with the kids.
