check in experience was a bit dissapointing (late check in and room nkt ready, wrong room given) but they allow us to late check out to recover the dissapointment. overall stay was so serene. comfy room n clean.

Bedt experience to stay here. From start till the end the staff give full cooperation, room very clean and tidy. Food also good but need aome improvement. Overall very good and my kids enjoy the moment there. Thanks saujana hotel, definitely will repeat again ❤️❤️❤️

Saujana Hotel sits in a great location, but has to improve room cleanliness, especially the bathroom and foyer area. Lots of dust and hairs from past guests. Cleanliness level is way below par for 5-star hotel.
