Amazing hotel with nice amenities with refa high dryer and straightener was a nice surprise, great location as well. Decent sized room, perfect for a small family

The staff are great and speak English well. Luggage storage is available. The rooms aren't very big, typical for Japan. The only issue is there's no view from the window.

great location, walking distance from restaurants, cafes, the famous hanamikoji street, etc. hotel is great too, very clean, easy check in and checkout, and kind and efficient staff.

The hotel was well located, the personnel was awesome, the rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. and the hotel has public baths. I recommend without hesitation.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fun to stay at a ryokan. WiFi kept disconnecting but if that’s my only complaint we were living well.

Lovely Japanese ryokan with lovely people, very accommodating with attention to details.., we felt at home sleeping family tatami style, in beautiful area of Kyoto with close proximity to all historic sites and gardens!
