Hotel was very nice, clean and conveniently located. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. There was a coffee/espresso machine available for guests in the lobby and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The premium twin room with terrace was spacious but the lighting was extremely dim and the street noise made it difficult to sleep.

good experience all in all. the triple room was a bit small though - no space to open more than one suitcase. The bathroom door opened to the entrance area of the room where we’d take off outside shoes. So it didn’t feel to hygienic to walk into the bathroom with the provided slippers. Otherwise it was clean, beds were comfortable, amenities were great, location perfect.

lived this hotel so much & the staff was amazing!!

my Grandson and I stayed here while in Kyoto. we loved the SOU-SOU PJs and sandals. the room was beautiful and spacious with two twins and shelf in between. even a couch with footrest! breakfast was amazing. The skin and hair care products were wonderful. we loved our stay!

the location of the hotel is very excellent, its near Kyoto station and near local bus stations which you will find very helpful, plus thier rooms are big for japan standards, make sure that you book the superior room for better space if you have a lot of luggage.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a full day of exploring. Its convenient location made it easy to access public transportation, restaurants, and many of the area’s popular attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, seamless, and hassle-free. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again on our future visits. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant and memorable experience.

clean and close to train station

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Kyoto Station, convenience stores, malls, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful, especially the housekeeping staff. The highlight of the hotel was the onsen that opened until 1:00 am, a great place to shower and soak in hot water after a long day of walking around Kyoto. The only downside to the hotel was the small size of the room and the lack of windows.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. I liked the style of the building and the rooms. Easy access to Kyoto station and subway.

very good hotel, good toilet, good location. nice staff and we have free flow drinks until 10pm. very recommended
