We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a full day of exploring. Its convenient location made it easy to access public transportation, restaurants, and many of the area’s popular attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, seamless, and hassle-free. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again on our future visits. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant and memorable experience.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Kyoto Station, convenience stores, malls, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful, especially the housekeeping staff. The highlight of the hotel was the onsen that opened until 1:00 am, a great place to shower and soak in hot water after a long day of walking around Kyoto. The only downside to the hotel was the small size of the room and the lack of windows.

The hotel and location were both perfect, and I thought the hotel was excellent value for money. To-ji Temple was just up the road (10min walk) and was probably my most favourite.
