This was by far the best Klook tour I’ve ever been on! My husband and I absolutely loved our guide, Mr. Joe. He was incredibly kind and provided clear, detailed information about the itinerary, meeting point, and drop-off location. We especially appreciated how he shared interesting history about Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara along the way. His English was very clear, which made communication easy and enjoyable. We were also lucky enough to ride Cabin No. 5 on the Sagano Romantic Train, and we didn’t miss out on the Hozugawa River boat rafting experience either. It was truly a memorable day! Okani Mr Joe! Hope we meet again!

We just finished our fantastic Nara & Kyoto trip with the most energetic and friendliest tour guide, Frederick (Fred)! Even though it was raining heavily today, Fred made the whole trip amazingly fun. He shared lots of interesting trivia and stories with us while we were on the bus, so we never got bored during the journey. He also sent all the meeting points and locations clearly in our group chat, which made everything very easy and convenient for us. Fred always approached us with a big smile and such positive energy. Even when he hadn’t eaten yet and got soaked by the rain, he still continued to take care of everyone and make sure we were having a good time. He also surprised us with a postcard as a little souvenir to remember this special day. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and we really appreciated it! ❤️ Thank you so much, Fred, for making our Nara & Kyoto trip such a memorable experience! Keep up the good work! Today was truly an amazing day! 😊🇯🇵

Zoey was a fantastic guide. so friendly, informative & kind & was great helping us understand the culture and language. This tour was really great. Having only a short time, we were able to fit a lot into one day. The Nara deer were a highlight for my sons. Beautiful scenery & a lot of fun.

Huahua was a fantastic guide and made our day trip to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Nara Park and Fushimi Inari so enjoyable. He looked after all of us throughout the day, making sure we knew where to go, what to see, and the history and significance of each place. He kept us all together and on time while making everything feel relaxed and easy. It was a beautiful day, made even better by having such a wonderful guide. We would highly recommend Huahua!

We had the best tour guide, Jack was amazing. He showed us around the park, the shrine, and even offered to make us reservations at a restaurant after our tour since we didn’t know a much Japanese ourselves. This experience went above and beyond my expectations and we would definitely go again!

our tour guide CC was superb! I was the only english speaking participant in our group, the rest were Chinese and she never made me feel left out. she would give a history and some quick guides to the group first and then would check with me after separately! it was rainy on that day but still managed to go through the itinerary. we had enough time to go around each place and the pickup and drop off place is very convenient especially if you are staying at the dotonbori area. would recommend especially for solo travellers to save time getting lost and to know a bit of history to the places as well :)

We boarded the bus in Kyoto, and our tour group consisted of members from various countries. Our guide, Xiao Shen, switched into four-language mode, introducing everything in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. His humorous and engaging style made everyone feel very comfortable. Xiao Shen handled all ticket purchases, coordination, and provided information about the train, Arashiyama route, and meeting points via Line. This allowed us to explore freely and simply meet at the designated time. The driver was excellent, providing a smooth ride that prevented motion sickness, and the seats were clean and comfortable. During the Hozugawa River boat ride, the weather was perfect. Four boatmen guided us downstream, introducing the environment and rock formations with simple animal vocabulary, accompanied by physical interactions and occasional tricks from the boatmen. With a gentle breeze and beautiful scenery, the trip was truly enjoyable.
