The location is good, and it takes about five minutes to walk to Tenjin Station. The room is also quite large, and the toilet layout is so spacious that two people can use it together without having to fight over it. The check-in counter is on the second floor, and you can get the daily supplies on the second floor.

Close to Tenjin Underground Street, there is a famous Mentaiko bakery nearby, which provides free coffee every day. There is no elevator at the exit of Tenjin Underground Street, so it is inconvenient to carry luggage.

It's not bad. There are convenience stores, drug stores and I'm donut? donuts nearby. It's not too far to Tenjin Minami and Canal City Hakata.

Great location - right near Tenjin area and station. this puts you close to the underground mall, Shin Shin, and Yatai Mamichan along with some major malls.
The hotel rooms follow that of what you would expect in Japan, so expect it to be slightly small and tight.
Staff were friendly and helpful all throughout. They also provide Umbrella sharing for free as we visited during the rainy season.
Parking was not available on site - though they have some options nearby that are not affliated - which are relatively affordable if you park after 7/8PM and leave by 8AM. Otherwise you can ask for their affliated carparks which will give longer hours due to capped rates, albeit at a distance away

Highly recommended. Strategically located near subways (Akasaka station exit 6), supermarket (Sunny and AEON), convenience store (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson) and restaurants (Saiseriya, Ichiran, and many more). Basic toiletries are provided everyday.

The hotel is decent. The location is kinda good, bus and train station is nearby. The staff is very goodand very accommodating, they lend umbrellas for the guest to use if it’s raining and even booked us a taxi from the hotel to the airport.
