hotel location: 10-15mins walking distance from Shinjuku and kakibucho cleanliness: very clean shower and toilets! bed not the most comfortable but good enough for short trip

Nice location around Shinjuku, clean, with basic necessities, 230 meters away from the station and 800 meters away from the Godzilla head.

Staff was pleasant, easy check in and out, rooms were clean and comfortable. we are definitely coming back and referring this hotel to all our friends and family.

Well positioned accommodation that was stylish, clean and affordable. Our room was small, but the lobby had plenty of space for lounging and socialising - they provided a free continental breakfast, free coffee and donuts during the day and evening drinks which were great features. Staff were helpful and able to assist with enquires, and the check-in/out experience was very easy.

Close to the MRT station, restaurants, and shopping areas. Also conveniently located near the meeting point for tours to Fuji. In short, the hotel's location is very strategic.

It was very good. The only downside was the location near Shinjuku's entertainment district and motel area, which made the walk there a bit unpleasant. However, I was very satisfied with the facilities. :)

Great location, close to Starbucks and delicious Izakaya restaurants. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is right across the street, very close. Took the Narita Express from Narita and got off at Shinjuku Station, it was about a 10-minute walk and easy to follow Google Maps, didn't get lost at all. Lots of places to eat around the park, in front of Starbucks, and in the alleys, including Izakayas, bars, and restaurants. I heard Shinjuku Station was difficult, but my trip to Tokyo was very smooth. Of course, there are some inconveniences with it being a capsule hotel, but it's good for saving money, and I'd stay here again if I come to Shinjuku. I stayed for two nights with my middle school-aged daughter and had a very comfortable stay. If you are considerate and wait for each other in the shared spaces such as the shower rooms, you can have an energetic and comfortable stay without any inconvenience. It was a very special experience for me and my middle school-aged daughter, so I'm very happy.
