Bus driver was experienced too. Go for full day bus tour from Ginza to Mt Fuji 5th station, ropeway and cruise and return via bus.

We, 2 families consisting of 8 people, had booked a private small-group tour. This day trip will stay in our memories of Japan forever. Not just because we finally managed to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji almost in its entirety. Above all, our very friendly guide Daichi contributed to this. He patiently answered all our questions and always kept us informed about the next steps. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this tour and especially Daichi.

We had an amazing time. The weather was a little gloomy, raining and cloudy but by the afternoon Mount Fuji made an appearance. This is great if you want to go to all the famous photo spots and as we were travelling with kids, this was a very convenient option. highly recommend!

Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

We were a bit confused because the guide couldn't speak English well, but she put in the effort to translate using Google Translate, and we really appreciated it. We were very unlucky as it rained heavily yesterday with a typhoon, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. But overall, we were very satisfied with the places we visited, especially the Mount Fuji 5th Station where it was so cold, and the best part was shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. Hope to visit again next time when we can finally see Mount Fuji!

The weather was perfect, the itinerary was perfect, and even the timing adjustment was spot on. We visited the last two courses first, and that adjustment felt like a stroke of genius! To be able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, without any regrets—from Mount Fuji with a few clouds to the majestic Mount Fuji with all the clouds cleared away—it was such a perfect itinerary. You constantly looked out for us, always trying to give us more information, providing detailed explanations so we could move ahead, and even the photo spots were perfect! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely pictures. It was wonderful that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I'll never forget the scenery of the lake with the swans. And to the bus driver, thank you so much for the Shine Muscat grapes. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get go, having to translate not only into one language but two!! at our first stop the team working on an event at the lake was very rude and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy there time. I knew mt Fuji wasn't promised to see do to weather but luck was very much on our side and several of the locations we got views.

This one-day tour was the highlight of my Tokyo trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Sure, the early start was a bit tiring, but our guide made the bus ride super engaging with fun stories about Japanese culture and Mt. Fuji, so the journey flew by. The air at the scenic spots was incredibly fresh, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fuji in person—something I’d only ever seen in photos—was even more majestic than I imagined. We were so lucky with the perfect weather and a crystal-clear view of the summit! Every single spot looks like a postcard. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves taking photos!
