Loved this TeamLabs and chose to visit after going to Planets in Tokyo. Biovertex has about 10% of the same types of activities as Planets but there is enough diversity in this one to have plenty to do. Make sure to download the app so you can get directions to anything you notice that you missed.

the boat ride was fun and enjoyable especially with the 3 funny and experienced boatmen - they chat with my daughter when they know she can speak Japanese - it makes the boat ride lively. they will warn us if there is big waves coming so we can be prepared and not get wet. they are also knowledgeable about the route and share info with all passengers. salute them for being skillful in manuevering the boat in between the rocks 🫡🫡

I had the best experience with them. They gave me enough suggestions on which type of kimonos and obis would look good on me. They also assisted my husband with his Yakuta. The staff was super friendly inspite of being so busy. They gave me a couple of options for hairstyles and the final one turned out to be so beautiful. I would also want to give a special mention to photographer Paul, who clicked such beautiful pictures and guided us with poses and what to do throughout the entire process. Even the unedited photos were so pretty.

Our tour guide, Hua Hua(花花）, provided exceptional service, offering clear explanations and invaluable assistance throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour for those interested in visiting these two locations.

We had an amazing day trip to Ine and Amanohashidate. Ine’s traditional boathouses were peaceful and charming, while Amanohashidate’s scenic views were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect mix of culture and nature — truly a memorable experience!

When you exit Kyoto Station through the Central Gate, look for the Nidec Kyoto Tower. Take the elevator to the 11th floor and redeem your ticket in front of the staff. Then, you can enjoy the view of Kyoto city. We went during sunset on a clear day with no clouds. The view was really beautiful.

jiang Cheng is the best! She knows a lot of beautiful places to take pictures. Very professional and friendly. she waited for us to be finished for our kimono session. we are family of 4 so it takes time. we love her work for 30 minutes a lot of pictures and different poses with her own props. She also take our pictures at the Yasaka Pagoda so we are comfortable with her already. Highly recommended her!!! :)

Christine was an absolute rockstar as our guide—super knowledgeable and made every stop exciting with her fun facts and tips. And shoutout to Mr. Yamada for keeping us rolling smoothly!
