The pick-up location is at the entrance of the Prince Hotel, where there's a bus stop. The bus was easy to find at gate 16 at the airport. I purchased 2 bus tickets on Klook, but Klook only sent me one QR code for both tickets. When I got to the gate, the bus staff insisted on 2 QR codes. After asking around and having to check my email, I was finally allowed to board. The bus is clean & spacious with toilet. The driver is polite & driving skills is professional. It's a very comfortable journey.

The waiting area is right in front of the entrance of Karuizawa Prince West Building, which is very convenient for going directly to the airport's second terminal. We left Narita Airport at 10:30, arrived at the rest stop at 12:30, rested for half an hour before leaving again, and arrived at the airport at 14:30. It is recommended for people with elderly people or children or large luggage and when the weather is bad. You can sleep all the way, and it was really convenient not to have to drag luggage because it snowed in Karuizawa that day.
