Fantastic 5.0
The intricate and seamless railway system is undoubtedly a major reason why Japan deeply attracts travelers worldwide today. Exploring Tokyo by subway is truly thanks to Japan's powerful rail system! Although I'm not a railway enthusiast, after visiting the Tokyo Metro Museum, I was truly impressed by the history of Japan's railways and their current precise operational status. It's also because of such a convenient and developed subway network that I've been able to easily navigate the streets of Tokyo's 23 wards this past month, embarking on daily adventures. Recently, I've been using 2-day or 3-day subway passes to successfully explore this massive underground labyrinth!

Driver Joe arrived early and on time, and informed us of the travel time and distance. Although we didn't complete the full itinerary, it wasn't his fault; he even helped call the restaurant where we had a reservation to push back the booking time. We are very grateful.

Fantastic 5.0
There weren't many people on the day we visited, so we didn't have to wait in line for any of the facilities. Their arrangements were very thoughtful, and the environment was excellent. The milk ice cream was especially delicious, a perfect 10! Surprisingly, even the pizza and chicken nuggets were good. I highly recommend this place for families with children.

We were greeted by our driver Usman, and he made this day fantastic, he was kind, sweet, funny and full of very interesting information, he took us in a very comfy car, he was attentive and very helpful, the tour was very full and lasted the whole day, we were given a little detour to a bookstore.

Arigato to Mrs. IKUKO COOL , our guide, for having taken us to an unforgettable morning tour to NARITA. We learned a lot about Japan in a rather short visit and a condensed visit, which makes us wish to visit again for a longer stay. Thanks for the warm welcome extended by Ikuko and your team. The tour, the meeting arrangement and the departure at the end were so smooth, thank you for this as well. Our group included the grandparents, the daughter, and 3 grandchildren, all enjoyed so much this tour and thanks again to Ikouko for making it happen.

What to know before visiting Narita

What to expect in Narita

The things-to-do catalogue in Narita is led by Parks & gardens, followed by Attraction passes, Cultural experiences, Tours and Outdoor & sports activities, so you can pick anything from quick park visits to high-end outdoor adventures. That spread means the city suits both short visits and travellers after specialised outdoor experiences. Demand peaks in June, while February is the quietest month, so expect the heaviest booking activity around June and much lower demand in February.

How to choose what to book

A key choice is whether you want simple, low-cost outings or specialised high-end activities — decide between easy park visits and premium outdoor adventures. For the widest range look at Outdoor & sports activities, which list a typical price of SGD 868 with entry-level and upper-end options stretching to SGD 579 – 1,146, while Attraction passes show almost no price variation at SGD 46.

If you need fill-in plans or low-cost options, Parks & gardens offer the most affordable way in at a typical SGD 8, useful for gaps in an itinerary; Cultural experiences and Tours sit in mid-range, where what’s included can vary and shopping around often matters, with Cultural experiences typically around SGD 95 and Tours around SGD 117.

When travellers from Singapore book

Most travellers book well ahead: typically around 81 days ahead, while the earliest planners book about 178 days out. Plan on booking roughly one to three months ahead when you want a cushion, especially for travel in June when demand is highest.
