Absolutely fantastic experience !! Our driver, Mr Ali, was a joy to be with !! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator !! We had last minute requests to add on the itinerary (additional charge which we dont mind ofcourse) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well !! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great !! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful especially for coffee lovers like us !! Tasted authentic coffee & learnt a lot from them !! Overall, this package is soo worth it !! Would love to have Mr Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back !! 🙏🏽

We had the best private tour experience! The sand dunes were stunning and the blue lake was a beautiful bright blue, the perfect place to take pictures. Mr Along, who was our tour guide, helped us to take photos at the spots that had the best views! We were then brought to have dinner at the seafood restaurant. The total bill was around 45 SGD, which had crab, chicken, vegetables, sotong, rice and drinks, very affordable. The souvenir shop had a wide variety of items and the staff there was very helpful in telling us the local produce made in Bintan, such as gong gong crackers and their local coffee. We then ended our day at the Firefly tour, and were able to see a few fireflies and even given one to hold. Big thanks to Rief Bintan and Mr Along for making our journey to the different places very smoothly and enjoyable!

I booked a 9:30 AM meeting, planning to catch the first ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, but due to the time difference, I arrived in Bintan at 8:30 AM. After contacting them via KakaoTalk, they informed me that the guide, Daddy, was already there and waiting. He handled it very well! For our first course, we went to a coffee farm experience. While driving, Daddy introduced himself and briefly explained the coffee farm and Bintan. We arrived quickly. We got to taste Bintan coffee and pick coffee beans directly. We also experienced honey harvesting. It was a truly amazing experience. After the coffee farm and honey experience, my partner and I, who vape e-cigarettes, asked if there was an ATM and a place to buy e-cigarettes. He said there was and took us there during the commute. When we went to Blue Lake and the desert tour, a photographer was included. Another Chinese couple was taking pictures in front of us. While we were waiting, the Chinese couple kept asking the photographer to take more pictures, so Daddy seemed to tell the photographer that we needed to take pictures too. He told us to stand at the photo spot and pose, took some quick photos, said "Okay," and then the Chinese couple asked for more photos. After everyone had taken their pictures, we were taking pictures with our phones, and Daddy went to the photographer, seemingly telling him to take more proper pictures of us. He came back and took more photos. I was so grateful. After taking all the pictures, Daddy took us around Blue Lake and the desert, explaining everything and taking pictures of us. Looking around, we were the only tourists accompanied by a guide. It was a very hot day, and he really worked hard. After the additional Paradise massage, Daddy took us to the Kelong Restaurant for a seafood lunch and then dropped us off at the resort. It was a tour where our couple saw and felt, but thanks to Daddy, it was a more comfortable and fulfilling day. For those of you who book in Korean, I highly recommend guide Daddy! 👍

We had an amazing time on the Blue Lake and Desert Bintan tour with our guide, Mr. Alief. From the start, he was warm, approachable, and made the whole trip fun and relaxing. He shared interesting stories about the Blue Lake and the desert dunes, which made us appreciate the sights even more. The views were beautiful, and he even helped us take great photos at the best spots 👍🏻 To end the day, Mr. Alief brought us to a local seafood restaurant where the food was fresh and delicious. Everything was well organized, and we never had to worry about a thing. Overall, this tour was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’re so grateful to Mr. Alief for making it truly memorable. I recently went on a trip to Bintan with Blue Lake Tour, and I was 100% satisfied. Our guide was Daddy, and from the beginning of the tour, he said he would help us with everything. He took such good care of us, making the entire trip very comfortable. Daddy stayed with us and took a ton of pictures, so we have so many memories. Even when I answered in Korean-style English, we could still communicate without any issues. Most of all, his great sense of humor kept the atmosphere fun. We were a bit worried because we didn't research restaurants or massages at all, but it wasn't a problem. He knew all the good places and planned our itinerary perfectly, so we just had to follow along. Haha. Especially the Kelong restaurant, which we could enter by boat for free even without the mangrove tour, was a truly unique experience. The seafood like chili crab and shrimp was so delicious and the prices were cheap, so I was completely satisfied! He also booked massages for us right away without any waiting, so we could relax without wasting time, and the prices seemed to be the lowest. It was amazing!!! Daddy's personality was so great that I had a pleasant trip. Next time I want to come to Bintan with my parents, and I will definitely contact Daddy again!

Thanks to Mr. Alief, I made good memories in Bintan. If you come to Bintan, you must do the tour. It is a desert and lake that can be experienced in less than 30 minutes by car from the resort. The scenery is beautiful, and the photos were taken by a photographer like a photographer, so I didn't regret the money at all. (A photographer with a DSLR Nikon camera suddenly showed up and took snapshots and sent them to me via airdrop for free. He is an amazing photographer. He also kept taking pictures with his iPhone.) It was an experience worth coming to Bintan just for the tour. I understand why the reviews are good. Thank you for giving me good memories.

This is our first time going to Bintan and booked the private tour. Our tour guide, Aliyadi was very friendly and helpful throughout the journey. initially we booked 1 hour massage as no option for extension. hence the guide help us to call the shop to extend for another 1 hour. Our guide bring us to snorkeling in the morning. it was really fun and enjoyable experience. after that went to have lunch at Kelong seafood. the seafood was super fresh and delicious. afterwards, went to desert and blue lake. overall it was an enjoyable and fun experience! really recommend this itinerary!

We had an amazing time on the Desert and Blue Lake Experience! The tour was packed with stunning, Instagrammable spots that made every moment photo-worthy. Our guide, Gabriel, was super accommodating—he even helped us take photos (together with Mr. Dodo) with the best angles, turning it into a mini photo shoot. Lunch was another highlight, with a beautiful view off the river and delicious, fresh seafood. Highly recommended for a scenic and memorable day!
