we had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo though it was just a short 3D2N getaway. the staff were all very attentive to our needs. thumbs up and a big thank you to the following staff: Adele, Candra, Muthia, Ranti for the wonderful service. It feels so welcoming to be at Hotel Indigo. also special mention to the staff at the Stix restaurant, food was excellently prepared by the chef, and we were hosted by Fandy and Asmil . our boys truly enjoyed the food there and we had dinner 2 days in a row at the same restaurant. our kids even missed the “Gors Gors” when they back home.

Extremely clean, staff were amazing. communication was easy as we just had to communicate through whatsapp. private transportation provided to and from the terminal. food was nice. our suite was gorgeous. our suite was at a block where it has easy access to everywhere but they still would come pick us with buggy because we had a baby and a toddler. the only con was there was no lift at our block. there were only 2 levels and suites are at level 2 which i understand must be for the view. however without lift, it was a hassle to bring up and down our stroller and things. even though the staff are able to help, there are times we feel we could try and handle things ourselves so i wish they could install a lift at that block. i would definitely comeback!!
