We had a great stay at Grand Lagoi Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, kind, and respectful, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and honestly, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we've had so far. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was so peaceful that it sometimes felt like we had the place all to ourselves, especially when we were using the pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again when we come back. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan. The location is very good, just near Lagoi Bay, the lake, and Plaza Lagoi, which made exploring easy. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was also very convenient. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the slow internet, which sometimes couldn’t connect. The food was good, though some portions, like the chicken and cheese bread, were a bit small. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel was clean and has lots of facilities like ping pong, table soccer and a billiard table. Not to mention e bike, bicycles for rent. There was a park nearby with a running track around the lake if you like to jog or walk in nature. And also a beautiful beach with lots of sea activities like jet skiing, kayaking etc. There are also lots of eateries nearby where they serve local dishes.

The driver will welcome you at the ferry, very polite. Upon arrival at the hotel, they would welcome you with a drinks. Lobby is very spacious. From front desk, housekeeper, and in-room dining staff, everyone is very nice and accomodating. Like 3 mins walk to the beach & infront is the lake which is a good area to have a walk. Breakfast is okay, maybe should have different menu everyday. Room is clean but maybe need to put new towels but overall stay is pleasant. ❤️
