The journey was smooth and we enjoyed every moment! A huge recommendation to try this experience, lots of fish and sea creatures. We managed to catch fish and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze on the Keelong. I suggest you personally ask for Diki as your tour guide when you confirm your booking, he is honestly the best!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The agency messaged us right after booking and everything was super smooth. The real MVP was Fendy—super friendly, punctual, and more like a friend than a guide. Snorkeling was great, clean gear, and the diver took awesome photos. Fendy even took extras on his phone for us. It was chilly but he kept checking on us with food and warm tea. We kayaked to White Sand Island, quiet and beautiful, then ended with fishing and a quick snorkel. Dinner at his recommended kelong was delicious and fairly priced—we’d had a bad Batam tourist-trap experience before, but this spot was honest and truly local. We were curious about a dish we’d never tried, and even though we didn’t order it, Fendy spoke to the chef and got us a complimentary flower crab with soy sauce and egg! When we reached our villa, all our photos and videos were already sent—super fast. Nothing felt rushed; he let us go at our own pace. No stress, no delays, no confusion. 100% recommended!💯

We were incredibly lucky to have local guide Zhang Lin for this trip! Her service throughout was impeccable: Punctual and Thoughtful: She arrived at our hotel promptly every day to pick us up, and always turned on the car's air conditioning in advance before we got in – truly excellent attention to detail. Safety: Very safe. Patient and Professional: She took exceptional care of my child and me during our visits to the mangrove forest and while snorkeling. She provided patient guidance and protection throughout the snorkeling experience, making us feel completely at ease while traveling with a child. Enthusiastic and Considerate: When we spontaneously decided we wanted to visit a resort supermarket to buy local specialties, Guide Zhang was not only completely patient but also enthusiastically took us there and helped us choose items. I wholeheartedly recommend her to friends from home planning to visit. This is absolutely a genuine recommendation, not a paid endorsement – you can't go wrong with her!

Our tour guide Diki was awesome! 😍 Super patient, friendly, and he even helped to carry our stuff. Snorkeling, kayaking, and fun fishing at the fishing kelong was a blast! The fisherman who was highly skilled rode our boat on the choppy waters, bringing us safely to and fro. All equipment, water, coffee, tea, instant noodles provided. Bring more snacks if you want. The Gopro pics under water are 🔥. Only thing was the looong 1.5hr trip from Anmon resort... but totally worth it with our humble guide in charge 😊. He even stopped at the supermarket for us to get snacks and souvenirs along the way. Highly recommended if you've got kids or love water. 👍

great snorkelling spot. we saw a lot of fish and colorful coral reef. Dedi is an excellent tour guide and a reliable driver! He drove safely with care and kindly explained local stories and knowledge.

A fun filled day of sea activities including snorkeling, fishing and kayaking. The private kelong is well equipped with fishing rods, snorkeling masks, fins and life jacket. The snorkeling guide helps to take great photos and video with their Insta360 underwater camera that can be downloaded to the phone via the app immediately. Liem our driver was polite and great!

I went on a day tour from Singapore, and I was absolutely thrilled! My reservation was for 10 AM, but the guide was already there when the ferry arrived, and the tour started right away. Our guide was DIKI, and he was incredibly kind. It took about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car to get to the boat, and during that time, he introduced us to Bintan and took great care of us. He even filmed us as we traveled by boat to the tour location and captured every moment of our snorkeling and kayaking with photos – he's truly a photographer! He helped us get some amazing, once-in-a-lifetime shots. When we went snorkeling, there were so many fish, and two helpers took free photos and videos with a GoPro and even assisted us with freediving. Thanks to them, I got another incredible photo with Nemo. We also went kayaking, but we didn't do any fishing. After the tour, we were hungry, so the guide took us to a restaurant and even helped us get a massage since we had some time before our ferry. Our guide made us feel comfortable from the 8:10 AM ferry until the 6:35 PM return ferry. I highly, highly recommend this tour – go twice, go three times! Next time, I definitely want to stay for more than one night to see the Blue Lake and the desert.

We had an amazing time in Bintan thanks to our driver/guide Mr.Diki booked through Klook! He was incredibly accommodating throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. The snorkelling and fishing trip he arranged was a definite highlight — so much fun for the whole group. Diki also took us to a great dinner spot and even helped us buy a cake to celebrate two birthdays in our group, which meant a lot to us. On top of that, he shared so many useful local tips that made our trip so much smoother. We were so happy with his service that we booked a second day trip with him! Adrian was the driver assigned to us. He was very punctual, even came 10 minutes earlier than the agreed time 😀He was really attentive throughout the journey. The experience at Bintan Neemo was great. We had fun fishing, snorkeling and kayaking. We even caught 3 fish among the 6 of us! 4 of us went snorkeling - they had 1 guide for each adult and 1 guide for the 2 kids. We felt really well taken care of. Adrian was there throughout and helped us with fishing, and coordinating with the guides at the kelong. We had a little engine trouble with the boat on the return journey but I guess it added to the overall adventure experience! After the booked tour, Adrian also brought us for massage and the firefly tour before bringing us to a food court for dinner, and sending us back to the hotel. Thank you for the fun day, Adrian! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Had the best day in Bintan thanks to guide Adrian! Snorkelled n saw Nemo, had fun kayaking n even caught a fish! First time snorkeling, kayaking n fishing for the children but all had great fun. Adrian also brought us for seafood dinner at Tanah Merah Seafood Restaurant (own expense), n caught the best sunset view. Best recommendation n great service!
