we had a great stay at cassia bintan - all the staff members are very friendly and accommodating. they always respond quickly to our requests be it housekeeping or any other front desk enquiries. the security is great as well because all taxi / tour drivers can only be allowed in after informing the front desk of the vehicle number. transportation is really convenient because they offer a free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal, as well as another shuttle bus that brings guests to Plaza Lagoi. we really loved being so near to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing when you wake up! also, the breakfast buffet spread was great and we really enjoyed the food! but the only downside was that our room had a persistent sewage / water logged smell but thankfully we were only staying for 2 nights.

Cassia Bintan is so beautiful. The stay was so chill, in front of the beach. I love beach walking. It’s connected to Angsana and Banyan Tree. You use their pool too. But Cassia pool is so wonderful. I love the bridge to the sea. Im going to come again. I love Bintan so much. Great staff from Cassia. Help so much. Shout out to the great and always smile staffs - Tyara & Ravi. Such a great person. Love to be here again!

Perfect place to stay especially with children. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is homey and spacious. If you want a laid back stay and wanted to just enjoy the view and relax, this is a place for you. Their transport service is also great. It was easy to go to other restaurants and spa nearby as they provide transport service for their guest if they wanted to check other places within the resort area. Also, the wall arts are excellent.

stayed in Cassia Bintan for 3 says 2 nights trip. Enjoy the stay, family friendly hotel, helpful staff.The front desk staff are very patience and helpful to try their best to solve our problem. Before this trip，we had some issues with out booking with Klook. But the hotel reservations team especially Ms Jihan response to my concern promptly and provide professional helps. I am truly appreciatse her kind assistance and listen to my concern. overall the stay at Cassia Bintan are very pleasant. we have a group of 16 people for this trip , they said they are happy to stay at this hotel. We were lucky to have chance to see the staff to release the baby sea turtle back to their home at Cassia Bintan Laguna beach.

Staff were very friendsly and helpful. Food quality were excellent albeit lacking in variety. Facilities and resort activities were rather limited but were well compensated by thoughtful activity instructors. Very nice enviroment with windy and very nice beach.

amazing experience here. staff were friendly and helpful. there were also other free activities such as badminton, turtle release and foam party at the pool. highly recommend for 3D2N stay with kids!

Free shuttle bus to the resort was available at the ferry terminal w/o prior booking needed which was great! Appreciate the staff for allowing us to check in way earlier (ard 1230pm) as the room was ready when we arrived, most prob due to low season. Free buffet breakfast (0630-1030) was provided at another resort, think is called Angsana which was ~3mins walk from our resort. Had a few vegetarian options like plain prata, congee and seasonal veg. Food there is pretty expensive (but taste wise quite decent albeit slightly too salty for my liking) so do bring some instant noodles/ready to eat meals along to cook using the stove/electric kettle/microwave provided in the room if on a budget. There was a small ‘mart’ there w some snacks and instant noodles but pretty overpriced.
