- There is no space for big luggages like suitcases, so you can’t bring them.You can only bring small bags that fit on your lap

- Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
- If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
- Food, drinks and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle
- Please come to the meeting point 15 min before your bus departure time. We will not wait for passengers who do not show up after the departure time. In this case, we will treat it as "no-show" and no refund will be processed.
- When we find out that it is hard to drive you to the airport on time, we might drop you off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport option. Please note that you will be covering the fee.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bibai snowland. If you want to enjoy snow without snowboarding or a form of extreme sports that’s family friends. Bibai is a good alternative.

pleasant and safe ride and driver is friendly and courteous. bus is heated during winter. have to book the shuttle in advanced. pickup is at 745am and arrive early to have name checked. 😊👍

It was pricey but our trip to Bibai was almost cancelled due to the training problems. This shutte system was quick and efficient. You need to travel to Otani Hotel though.
they rejected the claim for no show refund despite not showing up and claiming the no show refund. they said the voucer was used but how can it be used if it was not shared to anyone. they should just indicate that this cannot be cancelled.
