The hotel’s location is perfect since it walking distance to the subway and a few steps away from Dotonburi. There’s a convenience store nearby and plenty of dining options to choose from. Ichiran and Ramen Zundo-ya is just around the corner. Right in front of the hotel is a Korean restaurant but we didn’t get to try it. Despite its location which, it was not as noisy in our room as expected. The staff were very efficient. Fast check-in and they were very helpful and accommodating. One hotel staff even helped us book a reservation for a popular Yakiniku restaurant nearby. The rooms are refreshed daily, giving us fresh slippers and pajamas everyday. The breakfast spread is the same all throughout our 5-day stay but we enjoyed the fresh green salad and the miso soup. Although the hotel looked a little rundown, it is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and efficient.

Awesome hotel with great location! main reason I booked this hotel was it was the only one I found with a King bed at a very affordable price! all the other hotels I checked/considered were queen or double bed. right beside the entrance is a Lululemon store and like 10 steps away is a 7 Eleven store. there’s also an Ichiran restaurant open on the same street 24/7 and a Donki store right across Ichiran open 24/7 so there’s always something to do late at night. just a tip for those who will stay here is you have to request for room cleaning via the TV. we were not informed of this so we were wondering why they never cleaned our rooms!!!

Very ideal location to be your home base when you are in Osaka. Literally few steps and you are in Dotonbori. 5 minute walk to either Namba Station or Nipponbashi Station which can take you around Osaka and to Kyoto or Nara. Shops and Restaurants available at street level right in front of hotel or at underground level in Namba Walk. Hotel lounge provides a place for quick break before you go back again to exploring.

⭐️ The location of the hotel was convenient since it was just walking distance from Yodoyobashi station, which itself is just a few stops away from transportation hubs Namba and Umeda.
⭐️ The room is pretty small, which is par for the course for Japan hotels but if this is your first time you might be surprised. We didn't really mind since we were only there to sleep and just made do with the space. The only struggle came when we had to pack the night before 😅 The bathroom was clean and spaceous enough.
⭐️ The hotel has complimentary breakfast of rolls, miso soup, coffee and water. It's also near a cafe which also had great breakfast foods, along with Family Mart! But if you're in a rush, the complimentary breakfast is enough. The hotel is also near restaurants, I highly recommend exploring the area around more for dinner!
⭐️ The staff were very helpful. Sometimes we needed Google Translate to communicate, but overall we had no issues.

The Front Desk staff speak English very well and very helpful if you ask how to get around. There's a luggage storage and transfer service at the lobby. Check out is very easy and fast as there are self-service machines where you just have to drop your card keys. Breakfast menu is ample. However the issue is, if you stayed in the hotel for several days, you will be served exactly the same menu everyday. I hope that they can at least add or change some of the food so the guest won't get fed up.
Good thing was, there's a lot of food options outside the hotel.

This is our go to hotel when going to USJ. vey convenient and fits a family of 5. love the happy hour every 2-9pm free treats for all guests. the location is at citywalk exactly so we don’t need to rush going to USJ. a lot of resto options too!

Had a great stay here for 8 days! Staff are very hospitable and helpful. Room is clean. Space is enough for 2 large luggages, though the space for the comfort room was smaller than expected. Overall, you get your money’s worth 💕

The best stay hotel in universal. very close to universal just a few minutes away. there is a lawson convenience store at the ground floor. we enjoyed our stay. definitely will come back soon.
