The location is very accessible to transportation, food and shopping aside from easy to locate just like us which is first time tourist in japan specifically Osaka. Ckeanliness and service is excellent especially for the coffee, tea and toiletries which is readily available whenever you need it. The staff is very accommodating whenever we need them for assistance. Thank you Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba, definitely we will come back!
