unfortunately we have experienced the most serious earthquake in 25 years that all the roads from Taipei are blocked. no way for us to go and we have contacted the hotel and they have kindly arranged a refund for us. though we have to change our whole plan in Taiwan hope all guests and staff in this hotel are all safe.

Had a great stay and staff were all so accommodating and friendly. We stayed over Christmas and there were lots of facilities and activities. Would definitely come back and stay for longer next time!
