Highly recommended tour! Although it takes three to four hours each way for a one-way trip, Karuizawa in the maple leaf season is totally worth it! The tour guide, Ms. Feng, is responsible and diligent, and her control and notification of the time are clear and understandable, allowing the trip to proceed smoothly!

There's a Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk who is polite and lovely. The female staff member on the early shift who took care of our luggage this time was also very considerate to the guests.

The driver was on time for hotel pick-up and drop-off and proactively discussed and planned the itinerary's smoothness and time allocation in advance. They were also very enthusiastic about introducing attractions and related precautions along the way. I highly recommend this private car service!

Thanks to tour guide Liu for leading the group! Although the itinerary itself was tight, we gained a lot of "omiyage" (souvenirs)! Now I know where to go next time.
