The tour guide is very attentive. Although the tour is combined with an English-speaking group, the tour guide will always provide Japanese life experience and little knowledge about scenic spots, so that the long drive will not be boring, and the scenic spots are also very well arranged!

our driver, mr. wang hao, was communicative. he also arrived early so he was already at the pick-up area by the time we left DisneySea (we were 30 mins early). only comment is the car smelt like cigarette smoke. but other than that, highly recommended car service provider and driver. it was such a breeze going home after walking 23,000 steps.

The room has a lot of wood and is very warm overall, and the floor heating is great! It's not cold at night and the bed is very good to sleep in. But the pillow is a bit short and my neck needs to be tilted to one side.

Arranged private transfer due to luggage quantity afraid that normal Taxi won't take us. we have 2A1C with 28" 24" 20" luggage. The car is big and comfortable for us. Driver reach on time and easy to communicate through WhatsApp.
