- First stop: Karuizawa Prince Outlets/Hoshino Resort (choose one of the two) Karuizawa Prince Outlets It brings together many international luxury brands, popular Japanese local brands and sports and leisure brands. The environment is open and comfortable, and the beautiful scenery of Mount Asama is overlooked. Hoshino Resort Kumoba Pond: The water in the pond is clear and the pond is surrounded by dense deciduous forests. The scenery changes endlessly in four seasons. Elm Street Town: Renovated from the local ancient elm trees (Harunire) and old buildings. It gathers many specialty restaurants, cafes, boutiques and handicraft shops. Hoshino Onsen: With spacious indoor baths and scenic open-air baths, soaking in the spring water, listening to the birds singing in the forest, and feeling the breeze on your face is the ultimate enjoyment to eliminate travel fatigue and restore your body and mind.

It is one of the filming locations of the anime “Moonlight is Beautiful”. Kurazukuri Ichiban Street: The soul of Kawagoe! The streets are lined with unique buildings called “Kurazukuri”. It is a witness to the prosperity of merchants in the Edo period. The Clock of the Times: The landmark building of Kurazukuri Ichiban Street, the symbol of Kawagoe. The bell rings four times on time every day, and the melodious and deep sound resounds throughout the ancient streets, which is the most vivid interpretation of the “Little Edo” atmosphere of Kawagoe. Kaishiya Yokocho: A nostalgic alley full of childlike fun and sweet memories! More than 20 traditional Japanese candy shops are lined up on both sides of the alley. Nice scenery at Hoshino and charming Kawagoe. you will get to spend 3h at outlet OR 2h at Hoshino which i chose. and then about 1h in kawagoe.

A very good day trip. Xiaoxue's service explanation was very clear, especially since she helped us pay special attention to which lottery tickets could be taken back and which could not. The small details were very well taken care of.
A day trip to Karuizawa offers a wonderful vacation vibe: Kumoba Pond's waters reflect the surrounding forest, and strolling along the wooden boardwalk of Harunire Terrace, enjoying coffee, desserts, and bread, is incredibly therapeutic. Karuizawa is worth planning an overnight stay next time. Tour guide Liu was friendly and professional, providing detailed explanations, covering everything from historical culture and customs to cuisine, making the overall experience perfect.

We had the best shopping experience at the Prince Shopping Plaza, quality brands and good prices altoghether. Our tour guide Lee was very helpful and considerate.

- [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. Any additional luggage can be paid for on-site at 2000 JPY per piece to the driver-guide. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver-guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver-Guide Services] Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for an exquisite small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people for a bus tour. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day. The driver-guide primarily focuses on driving, with commentary as a secondary role.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impacts on the day, the arrival time for each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the guide has the right to adjust and shorten the itinerary on-site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
