The experience was unexpected bcoz the fact that we can’t used our gear properly. But the good thing here was that we home safe and brought a good memories. Thanks a lot to the girl from the rental room, she’s the only person we can rely on bcoz she helps us a lot of many things we need from the beginning ‘till end.
Take the voucher to exchange for the physical ticket first and then go to collect the equipment. The equipment here is of good quality and the environment is clean. Overall, it is cheaper than the original ticket price.
Purchasing in advance through Klook is very convenient. Ticket exchange and ski clothing rental are directly inside the hotel's West Wing, which is very convenient. The ski slopes are also within the hotel.
Buying here is cheaper than the official website, and it's very convenient to exchange tickets. Children under elementary school age don't need to buy tickets; just exchange them together when you exchange your own tickets. Very family-friendly!
This was my first time buying cable car tickets on the platform, and it was very convenient to buy and use them immediately. Plus, it was cheaper than buying them on site. It's a shame I rented clothes too late to get a discount.
After buying from Klook, you need to open the voucher and go to the website to exchange for the ticket. You need to use it on the day and then exchange it for the ticket and show it to the counter staff. There were still many people skiing there on 2/12, and there were many staff renting equipment, so you can get all the equipment quickly. Buying Klook tickets is cheaper than on-site
Much cheaper than buying tickets on-site. After purchasing, just show the link to the staff for them to redeem. Easy to use, not difficult at all. Highly recommended! But it's very crowded.
You can save points by buying flat Shao Shao Tong on Klook. The ski resort is so big. Originally, the lift ticket was supposed to be exchanged at the main center. We stayed in a cabin in the west. There was a center nearby and the staff were nice enough to exchange it for us. There was an employee who rented shoes at the main center who was very rude, but everything else was very good. It was a good experience to be so far, and it was close to Tokyo and the outlet. Remember to bring your own gloves and ski goggles because they are not available for rent. As an aside, the cabin is a bit old, and the bed and pillows are the kind that can cause bone pain all over the body. . . It feels so good, but after skiing and getting into bed, it feels like adding insult to injury. . .
very convenient to buy all of thing here compared to the official website and buy here is better price
good, the staff let us get on the cable car even though the opening hours had ended
