Fantastic 5.0
The instructor accommodated the ski resort's rescheduling due to strong winds, and also helped with renting equipment, switching from snowboarding to skiing. Despite it raining all day, I still learned advanced techniques. The next day, with the help of AI analysis, I practiced alone on the green slope, then moved to the red slope. Although my technique was still rough, I managed not to fall, which was a great sense of accomplishment.

What an amazing rafting experience! Our first time rafting was unforgettable, thanks to our fun and energetic guide , Sudip, who kept the excitement going from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time and would highly recommend this adventure to anyone! -Family from California

Wonderful, excellent, the absolute best! I highly recommend anyone visiting Niseko to try staying here for at least a night. The surrounding atmosphere is gorgeous, and I was extremely impressed. I will definitely stay here again next time. Hotel Location: Surrounded by mountains, and the room offers a view of Mount Yotei. Service: The manager can speak Thai and provided great recommendations. Breakfast: Fantastic, a wide variety, and delicious. Cleanliness: Very clean.

Fantastic 5.0
The hotel staff is very friendly. Upon noticing we had children with us, they provided kids' amenities and folded an adorable rabbit towel that was almost too cute to undo. Since we missed the Halloween event, they even gave us cookies at check-out. The cleanliness is truly impressive—everything was spotless, the hotel smelled wonderful, and the breakfast was hearty and abundant. We loved it and will definitely come back next time!

Fantastic 5.0
Muwa Niseko, where we stayed throughout our trip to Niseko, was truly the best accommodation! The location was close to the center of Niseko, making it easy to get around, and the rooms were spacious and meticulously clean, making it perfect for a family trip. The staff kindly guided us from check-in to check-out, allowing us to stay comfortably. The facilities were stylish and the atmosphere was cozy, so it felt like a healing experience even after playing outside all day and returning. The breakfast and accessibility to nearby amenities were also great, so we had no inconveniences at all. If we visit Niseko again next time, this is definitely the place we will book again. Highly recommended!

Great 4.0
This hotel is in a great location, with very convenient access to transportation and dining. Unfortunately, the interior of the room was not clean enough; there was noticeable dust in the corners, some mold spots in the bathroom, and the bed sheets felt slightly damp. There is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.
