The driver was very professional, arrived on time, and the car was clean and comfortable, which made people feel at ease. They also took the initiative to introduce local attractions along the way, which added to the fun of the journey. The overall service quality is high and it is worth recommending to other passengers, giving them a pleasant riding experience!

It rained in the morning so the cable car was not running. It was a pity that it was raining all the time at Lake Towada as well. But the weather got better when we arrived at Hirosaki Castle. We went there on April 25th and the cherry blossoms were really beautiful and well worth a visit. We took a 7-seater car for this trip. The car was very clean. The driver, Mr. Toru Yasuda, was very nice. There were 2 times when other passengers were late, and he took the initiative to run out to find them. He did not shorten the trip because of this. The trip was supposed to end at 8 o'clock in the evening, but we finally arrived at the station at almost 9 o'clock. He did not complain. He was really hard-working running the trip all day!

I highly recommend this tour. Tour guide was very kind. he didn't speak english ,but he used a translator device that worked well. I appreciate how much he tried to communicate and gave us little details about every area we visited . We did alot in one day. He guided us very well. walked with us the whole time. I like how he drove us to the scenic spots at the gorge which is different from the other tours I've experienced. other tours would tell us to meet at a time and we would have to go explore om our own and find our way back to the bus.

After we took the cable car to the top of Mt. Hakkoda that day, we encountered a strong wind and could not stand steadily on the snow. We could only take a few photos at the entrance and the observation deck. We stayed for about 20 minutes and then cleared the area and left, returning to the foot of the mountain. I was a little disappointed. It rained in the Oirase Gorge and I slipped on the muddy ground. It was a bit painful. The driver prepared an umbrella and a guide. The scenery was beautiful. It would be even more beautiful if the leaves were in autumn. Lake Towada was calm, with few people and small villages. In short, the drive was quite long. Each attraction was at least 1.5 hours apart. It was the off-season, so there were only more than 10 people this time. We drove a 9-seater car and a 7-seater taxi. I sat in the back seat of the 7-seater car, which was relatively narrow and not very comfortable, so I lost some points. If I took a bus, it would be much more comfortable. Overall, the scenery was beautiful and worth a visit.

Climb the snow-capped mountains in Hakkoda, see the streams and waterfalls in Oirase, and enjoy the beautiful scenery in Lake Towada. Worth recommending.

Japanese drivers are professional drivers. Even when we encountered a snowstorm on our way back that day, the driving was very stable. Although unfortunately the Hakkoda Mountain Bus was suspended, the other scenic spots are very beautiful and worth recommending.

The three Japanese drivers/guides were very friendly, it snowed heavily that day, the drivers were very careful to hold everyone & shovel snow in areas prone to slippage. Although the road in Hakkoda Mountain has many bends, drivers drive well and safety is paramount. The O-Rai stream also stopped 4-5 spots for me to take pictures, 10 hours really did not waste every minute, very affordable

Aomori, located at the northernmost tip of Honshu, has heavy snow in winter. The Irase Gorge's ice waterfalls and snow-walled corridors are still beautiful in winter.
